Nothing deeper than a one inch dent. Just a nice paint job is all I wanted. Every time I went there to see truck, they always told me they will work on it the next day. Nothing ever happened. This place is so bad. They sprayed paint inside the car. NOT only did the not primer and sand all the 7 small dents, they did not even fill them, They didn't even wash the truck first. They painted right over the old paint and old peeling lacquer. There are more dents after the truck was done. The hood was flawless with no dents. Just peeling clear coat. Now there are dents all over the hood. There are spots on body where they painted right over dirt. These guys are first class dirt bags. They broke my door mirror and blamed me for it. I had to be about it but I got the mirror replaced. They did not put all 8 bolts into the 6 foot bed. They gave me one bolt holding the bed in. I could not believe what I was seeing. I called and complained about it they acted as if I was bothering them. I had to make an appointment to come back. You think they would order the right size bolts for me. No, they did not care. Days later, when at their shop again, they acted like I was bothering them. They were looking for scrap bolts in their trash bin. That's the kind of service I got. I left with 2 bolts missing. That was all they could do they said. Just ridiculous! And the topping on the cake, they charged me more money than originally quoted. Just a despicable place to go for repairs.

I lived several years in a mountain community. Every so often somebody from elsewhere brought their brand new jeep or other four wheel drive vehicle to the mountains to play 4x4 commercial and go "stump jumping" with rookie, destructive, high centered results. A curb hid in the darkness. The driver of the low-slung, air-dammed aerodynamic Prius Prime did not see the curb as they made a U-ey in a tight parking lot. The sound and feel of the bottoming-out, denture rattling, impact are left for your imagination. Do not take a Prius stump or curb-jumping. Do not take them off-road, take all driveways at an angle if possible. We have a choice where we get car bodies repaired. A mega-chain body shop, mega dealer body shop, independant small business body shop. We chose Select. The business appearance speaks quality, the OEM parts say trustworthy, the quote says, "Here or a Big Guy? I'll mention all the auto makes Select has on the wall for certified, excellent work. Plus, this family business has some very nice, top level projects waiting under the carport for "that day" when there's time and parts enough to complete dreams. An excellent quote. Some discounts because we paid out of pocket. OEM parts, time taken to do the work correctly. An issue with the rocker panel turned up, the quote was updated, reasonably priced. Necessary, touch up painting was done Gaps were checked with factory gauges., The front seat and master sensor unit recalibrated. A loose light from a previous repair was found and tightened. I am a fan. Select is our body shop driving into the future.

About 1 year later I started to see signs of fading and chipping. The work came with a 2 year warranty. It got a lot worse so I reached out to the owner Dave with pictures of the fading and peeling. He said he would support the warranty if I brought the car by to his shop in AZ where I originally had the work done. Unfortunately , I moved to FL in February 20026 so that was impossible. I asked for 1/2 of my money back which I thought was more than reasonable. Dave turned down the offer and said to bring the car by which of course I can't do. I'm giving a poor review as I paid good money for work that hardly lasted a year and the owner rejected a reasonable offer regarding the warranty.
