Myran was super kind and nice from the start. easy to work with and very flexible for scheduling. got new rims for my tesla model 3 + a tint and chrome delete with the conjoined business next door. both are great, super satisfied, and for sure recommend :))

Updated my 2003 Benz SL500

Simply awesome. Obe is a car guy who treated this car novice with first class service, honesty and great pricing. I updated my mid life crisis car, an '03 Benz SL500 that I have been babying for 2 years, and it looks great. Took an older classy looking car to something modern and sporty. Very pleased.

Said they would ship from LA and would be there the next day. Ok, I'm thinking that's good customer service. Wrong! Said the they were ordered too late for the shipment. But not a phone call, so I wasted my Sunday driving there to be told the bad news. Said it would be here Tuesday. Guess what? Only the fuel filter was available but the air filter couldn't be found. I am worried that these won't fit too, because their track record, so far, has been atrocious. I'm glad I'm not a flat rate mechanic, my lift would be cluttered with non revenue producing cars. I know what I'm talking about - I spun wrenches for ten years Follow up. They did call me when the new filter was in. They even gave me a gift card. I've always had good experiences with NAPA as they cater to mechanics. Thanks for stepping up and restoring my faith in you.

Came in today to get warranty on some spark plugs I bought a couple months back, in the box it says…read more5 year warranty, straight up the employee at the checkout was telling me I needed my recipe even tho I bought them online and with my number, now I'm knowing that their system deletes all the recipe and info in 6 months, the employee had an attitude and called his manager telling him this kid wants a warranty lol. he straighten it out right away but did not get my warranty, I've been buying napa parts for my vehicles for years, from now on not buying from nappa.

Went in very irritated because my battery was going dead. I just needed a socket wrench to pull the…read morescrews off. One guy behind the commercial customer service desk said he couldn't help in case the phone rang. The other kid had a line of 8 people. I did use my customer service Karen voice and said you only have 2 people working and everyone in line stared at him for a second. Then he went and found an older guy. Probably like 50 not crypt keeper old. He helped me find my socket wrench then disappeared into the batteries. A lady with a socket wrench and audacity thinks she can do anything! Anything had another idea. But the guy, I shall dub him Richard, (no idea what his real name is) came out wheeling a cart and great hair. He stops and uses a big knife to open my wrench goes about his business. Me, still full of audacity and the a vision, have no idea how to use this socket wrench. Richard comes back over and shows me how to use it like an angel a windshield wiper shot my way. He then turns into dad mode and does pretty much everything but I did tighten two screws! And so the perilous journey of a girl with a dream concludes as Richard wheels away a dead battery and I drive off in search of dinner. Only 3 stars because live customers should be more important than a phone call that might come in.

Most AutoZones struggle with customer service, but this location was especially frustrating…read more I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes while only one employee was helping a customer. Meanwhile, two other employees were standing in the back talking and completely ignoring the fact that I was standing there. Not even a simple "we'll be right with you" or "thanks for your patience"--just nothing. A little acknowledgment goes a long way, and this location had none. Eventually, one guy came to the front and said "next customer." I walked up and said, "just a few questions--do you guys turn rotors?" His response was, "like go out to the parking lot and mess with them? No." I had to explain to him that "turning rotors" means resurfacing them. Apparently AutoZone doesn't offer that service, which is fine, but the lack of basic knowledge was surprising. Then I asked how much the tool rental was for a brake caliper compressor. He had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. This is a common tool that many people ask for when buying brake pads. Most AutoZone employees at least know basic car parts, even if the service is slow. This location was bad at both. Customer service here was nonexistent and the staff seemed poorly trained. I will not be returning to this location.
