Myron and Chen were great. Looked to update my wife's 2019 Model 3 with black wheels, chrome delete, and tint. Upon my first visit Myron was super helpful and Chen even took the time to give me a tour of the facility. Myron kept me up to date even when they experienced a labor shortage which led to a change and even doubled checked with me regarding the color of the bolts. Absolute 10/10 service, quality, inventory, communication, and price. Myran was a HUGE help from the very start. When researching rims and tires for my Tesla - I came across a few posts by Myron for rims that really stuck out as they resembled the OEM wheel but in many other colors and finishes not available from the manufacturer. Myron went above and beyond to explain to me all the difference options available, for the rims and tires. Upon arrival, Myron set up the two option I was stuck between next to the vehicle for a quality comparison and helped me to make an informed decision. Work was completed in just a few hours and they even helped me to diagnose another issue with my vehicle that I was unaware of. I've purchased many, MANY sets of rims and tires throughout my life and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. I am moving to Indiana and am tempted to make a 2,000 mile trip back to AZ for my next set when needed. I found them on Facebook. I was looking for specific wheels for my car and they had what I wanted so I ordered them with Adam. Overall in the beginning Adam was helpful, understanding and explained everything to me, got my wheels ordered and went down to have them installed. I hung out while they installed them and it only took about an hour and a half to get them installed and me on my way. I appreciate that they were quick cuz I was taking time off from work and had to go back. Once the tires and rims were on my car we went out to look and they looked good but I expressed to Adam my hesitation that I wasn't sure if I was really liking them as much as I thought I would. He responded and said well sometimes you have to let them grow on you because it's a new look. I had even mentioned how I was concerned the staggered wheels in the back may be poking out too far. He just dismissed it and didn't respond and I said "I'll give it a few days and see how I feel about them after a couple days." Adam just walked away. I gave it a little time and ended up reaching out to Adam and said to him how I was unhappy with the wheels and wanted to see what could be done to just swap the rear wheels to match the front. I didn't want to order a whole new set but I hated the staggered look. He responded and said "let me see what I can do tomorrow" I thanked him and waited. I followed up the next day and he said "yes give me a moment here." I never heard back. I made several attempts to follow up with him thru the next 8 days and had no response. I sent a message saying I feel like I'm being ignored. He finally responded saying there was nothing he could do. I explained that I would be willing to exchange them for a different style or I even inquired for a return. He told me there was nothing they could do. I was confused as I always have worked with discount tire (wish I would have now and got something that wasn't this) because I even mentioned that discount offers returns and exchanges if your not happy which I have done. He in the front me said there's nothing he was willing to do and they have a no return/exchange policy once you leave the shop. I said to him had he mentioned that before I left when I was showing I wasn't sure if I liked them I would have not left and handed it then. Obviously he didn't say something cuz he knew I would have not left with the wheels and had changed them. Needless to say. I would not recommend using them unless you make sure 1000% you are happy with what you want but wouldn't ever recommend using them cuz the poor experience I had with them. read more

I called them yesterday (Tuesday) to set up a date to get my Bilstein 5100 shocks and a rear 1" block for my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. They got me in the next day on Wednesday. The workmanship is great and I have no knocks or rattles coming from the suspension. They have the best customer service I have come across in a long time, it even might be better than chic-fil-a customer service. The price was very fair and I had a tremendous experience getting my lift put on my truck here. Brandon was great to work with. My wheels and tires are great, however, their customer service sucks! I had gotten my wheels installed a little over a month ago and right off the bat, my wheels were unbalanced. I took it back the next day to get them rebalanced, and they still were not balanced correctly. I took my truck to another shop to have them balance once again where I was charged $100. They fixed my wheels. I had taken my paperwork to the manager to see if he could pay me half of what I paid since his tech didn't balance them correctly, even after the first time and he refused! Very poor customer service! I will not be going back when I need tires or wheels for any other vehicle I have. read more

What stood out to me was the level of professionalism, character, and leadership Gary demonstrated throughout the entire interaction. There was a very slight misunderstanding regarding the services believed to have been paid for. Now, let's be honest--situations like that can go sideways very quickly. Most places get defensive, frustrated, or even confrontational when a customer believes they're right (even if they might not be entirely correct). I've seen it happen many times. Gary was the complete opposite. Instead of reacting emotionally or becoming demanding, Gary handled the situation with an incredible level of humility and grace. He calmly asked thoughtful questions, took the time to truly understand where I was coming from, and created an environment where the conversation felt respectful and productive--not tense or uncomfortable. That alone is rare. What impressed me even more was his patience and kindness throughout the entire process. There was zero ego involved--just a genuine desire to get clarity and make things right. Sarah was appalled by the $1,700 quote I received from an auto shop at the corner of McDowell and Scottsdale road, and I was quoted a fair price for great service here.

Took my G82 here for some seriously basic mods. Engine bay intake (they did install, but left off…read moreone of the O rings - even if it was missing PRIOR to them installing - a quality shop would let you know, get a replacement O ring, and make sure it's properly installed prior to handing your keys back). They charge a premium on labor and have high school / college kids doing the actual work. Springs - During spring install, they punctured my OEM auxiliary radiator and then proceeded to argue with me over providing me a replacement (yes the replacement part is a step up from OEM, but NO it wasn't something I planned to do at that point, and surely wasn't expecting to pay for it!) Exhaust - had them install a single midpipe. Left with an awful rattle at low RPMs, had to take it back a few days later, wait for 2-3 hours, and they couldn't figure it out. I did my own research and found valve controllers which fixed the problem - the fact they had no idea and sent me on me way just tells you how little these "techs" know and how poor the quality of work is over here. Reach out for an excellent referral I've been working with since. Much more reasonable labor, very transparent and honest, and actually does all the hands on work himself instead of subbing to junior techs.

Turns out it wasn't and they figured out it was a Camshaft Position Sensor and the car is running perfectly after I replaced the part at home. As soon as I walked in the front I was greeted by the man at the counter, i really wish i remembered his name but he was super cooperative and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for any of my issues and tuning!
