Today when I went in there was no line, one guy sort of half attending at the counter and a customer was at one of the new check in two kiosks there. Because there was only one person working at the counter. I didn't want to just assume I should go up and start checking in on the other one if no one was specifically working at that kiosk. The guy behind the counter clearly immediately annoyed with me because I didn't walk right up told me to come up and check in. I said my bad and began checking in. I have a long name to type out so it takes me a second, and I'm trying to read through the extra questions as quickly as possible. I guess I wasn't moving fast enough because he starts barking at me again where to click what to click, etc. The thing is is- I have dyslexia and I'm only in maybe once a month to pick up my prescriptions so I don't have all of the questions I'm asked committed to memory. I need to read them and it takes me a little longer to read them and comprehend them the Neurotypical people. I felt bad and like I was a huge nuisance to this guy working behind the counter, but I wanted to answer the questions correctly. I feel like I need to write a review just to remind the people working at these places that it's gonna take us a second to click through the kiosks and if you don't have a second to wait for us, maybe you should just ask the questions yourself and not have us use the kiosk, especially folks with dyslexia eyesight or reading issues.

When I opened them and protested, I was told they couldn't do anything since I'd already paid and accepted the meds. I don't know what's worse: this CVS' parking or its pharmacy service…read more Look, we all know what a CVS is and we appreciate it. However, this place...The only thing going for it is the location (which can be an issue too if you are not a fan of university students being all over the place). This CVS had a glow up with it becoming a Health Hub so you can find a wide range of vitamins and medication although that sentiment can be hard to see what with the shelves being bare at times. The "Health Hub" aspect aside, the pharmacy is incredibly slow and wait times can be absurdly long. Moreover, the pharmacy will do things like not give you a full prescription or ignore a question. To be honest, the pharmacists are never the same at this location so if you have a question or want to build a rapport, good luck. Half the times I even see a pharmacist they are either overworked or hiding from customers. Also, if you do pick up medication from the pharmacy after waiting almost an hour in line, you likely will get a text or email that you have even more or the exact prescription you just picked up waiting for you. It's a mess and it ain't hot. 2 stars because location, location, location.
