This pharmacy is impossible. Average wait time to get a prescription filled is well over 24 hours. They never have even the most common medications in stock. Never an apology from staff. Staff is rude and look right through you even though you may have been waiting a long time. Right now, they are apparently having technical difficulties. I've been holding for 55 minutes with a recorded message playing in a 10 second loop saying please wait. This store needs to close. It's a disgrace. I can't even get my prescription switched to a different pharmacy because there are no humans to take phone calls. read more

Went to get my prescription on and the pharmacy was completely closed 5 minutes before it's 6 o'clock closing time.Went back the next day and was completely ignored while in drive-through. The pharmacy has been closed for three days with no explanation. They have my prescriptions filled but no way of getting to them. Other drug stores cannot get them on the phone so they can't fill them. I get sick without one of them and am out of it. No one answers at the regular store phone either. While I love this store today I am very upset about what happen to me. There was 2 people in line (on the wrong side) so I kind of followed. Cannot begin to explain how bad my experience was at this pharmacy. I scheduled a Covid test for a trip this Saturday to the Bahamas. The woman at the pharmacy argued with me about the fact that I scheduled a PCR test instead of a rapid test. I know for a fact I scheduled a rapid test because This pharmacy is not near where I live and I had to go there because the pharmacy near me doesn't offer rapids. When I asked the woman if she do a rapid and said she told me that I have to reschedule the test. I explained to her multiple times my flight was at 6 AM on Saturday and I did not have time to reschedule the test. It never fails - I throw the suitcase together for a trip - and forget to check everything in my toiletries case - and I am always either missing something or have run out of something! Thank you for the existence of drug stores! After getting my coffee - I noticed that Walgreens was just down the strip - so I made a beeline for the place. Antacids, soft cleaning cloth for eye glasses, a six pack of bottled water (hotel bottled water is soooo expensive), and some other odds and ends and I was good to go! I was somewhat amused by the cashier - young guy - looked like he was between 18-20. His hair was all over the place - looked like he has just rolled right out of bed and had not combed his hair. I would leave a zero if I could let me start by saying I have never in my life been treated so horribly like the way I was treated by the 3 women that were working at the pharmacy on July 20Th. Long story I was going on vacation for 10 days and my doctor wrote on my script that I could get it filled a day earlier, I called and they told me that the pharmacist would not allow this. I then show up on the 20th after having to postpone my trip with three other couples to get my medication filled. I don't drive so I was inquiring about the time it would take to fill the medication and when I tell you that these women treated me like I was a piece of garbage on the street. I have never felt so disgusting in my life. They also made it a point to not fill my medication at all until my friend showed up 10 minutes before closing reference me as "that girl" and filled it in 10 seconds (the bottles are pre-filled) not only did they blame me for not coming in the day earlier they were blatantly talking about me while I was sitting right in front of them, laughing and cackling. I was trying to have a discrete conversation with the therapist and the girl with the braids, decided it was her job to chime in and scream at me, after everything that I said. The way that they go about talking to their patients and customers is absolutely unacceptable and quite frankly disgusting to the three women that were working there on the 20th. Shame on you don't deserve to be around pharmaceuticals. I work in the pharmaceutical industry and I would never treat a patient like that ever. read more

For those who didn't know, Walgreens is one of the largest pharmacy chains in the United States. I sometimes stop at this particular Walgreens to pick up odds and ends as it's right on 202, not too bad to get into, and parking is a snap. They have everything you could possibly (typically) need in their store, and then some. Recently, I needed a passport photo taken, but the place was practically deserted of staff, with a lone person working the register. Didn't want to wait (there were lots of people in line), so I left to have my photo needs fulfilled elsewhere. read more

This is the Best Walgreens around. Employees are attentive and personable. The woman in the make up department is extremely helpful and Denise is the epitome of customer service. She greets every customer that comes through the door, asks if you need help, asks if you found everything you needed and says good bye to all. I used to love this pharmacy. It seems as if the pharmacy staff has changed over the years. I used to get in and out quickly but it appears that they are understaffed or something because of my recent visits there has been long lines and wait times. There was a tech there named Richard who was wonderful. He manned that front counter to the best of his abilities. He was a delight and appeared to work great under pressure despite demanding customers. Me and my wife don't see him there anymore. Such a shame. read more

Need photos ? Don't even waste your time. They say photos available in one hour but won't even bother to call you to say it's going to be ready later. And don't even think about asking the representative. I did and her response was "I just got here, I don't know. Ask the manager."....ummm your response to a customer should never be "I don't know". I've been here twice now, once to get a TB test and physical (this was before I had a PCP out here) and once recently because I was sick. On both occasions, I haven't had to wait longer than 15 minutes, and the Nurse Practitioners (NPs) are always super nice and helpful. I haven't done much shopping in this Walgreens before, but I can say that the Take Care Clinic is a good alternative to Urgent Care for certain things (e.g. strep throat), if your insurance is accepted and it's the weekend when your doctor's office is closed! read more

I caught a virus and needed to go to the doc. Unfortunately everyone in my Aetna network seemed booked up. One of the ladies from a doctor's office suggested I go to the walk in medical clinic at Walgreens. I had no idea that these clinics existed. They saw me the same day with an appointment. It was a bit of a wait but I was glad I came in. The assistant was super nice as well as the nurse. The even called me back 2 days later to check up to see how my visit went. I am a fan! read more
