It's a high volume pharmacy and small store with limited staff. The staff at the front are generally pleasant & helpful, especially my pain point, coupons that don't scan. The checkout machines like to take breaks a lot, which cause staff a bit of headache.

Was standing 10 ft away the entire time. Last.time I m using any cvs. Their customer non service is so bad, I'd say they have zero customer service abilities.
