Unfortunately our refrigerator was out of warranty. 2 1/2 years is certainly way too short for a nice refrigerator to quit working. That was never explained to us nor on any information we were given. We were provided with 2 estimates for two different brand units. We were researching and trying to decide what to replace with. We paid the invoice / bill in full after Mrs Jones felt that was there policy and she was sorry for the confusion. I explained she should discuss the issue with the tech and use it as a teaching moment.
