These people are cheats. I called over there, and told the owner what kind of repair I needed,…read moresealing one a/c duct. He told me it would be one hour labor at $90. I said, are you sure?, because I got a higher estimate elsewhere, and I described again what I needed in detail. He said he was sure. So I said, great, and we set up an appointment. Then he comes over here and now says I have to seal all my ducts and he is going to charge me $700. I said, that is a big difference, so, no, that was not what I was told and or expecting for today, so no thanks. They said they give free estimates anyway, so he left, and I thought that was it. And then I called someone else after and had what I wanted done for $200.
Then I called back there later to ask another general question, the woman who answers the phone said, my husband said the only thing you did was complain about the price last time, and she hung up on me. I called back and left a message and said, yeah, because he came over saying it would be $90, and then he changed it $700 dollars when he got over, so no wonder I complained.
These people are cheats. They give you one estimate to get you to have them come over, and then when they get there, they switch it up on you. 'Oh, you have to do the whole thing'. Riiight. The old "bait and switch" tactic.
When I left a message there, after his wife rudely hung up on me, that I would write this review, then the husband calls me back acting nice. Yeah, where was that niceness 5 minutes ago, when his nasty wife hung up on me for no reason?
See this is the power of Yelp. They treat you like dirt, but if you say you are going to expose them on Yelp, oh okay, NOW they call back and treat you all nice.
