We had Michael Parr of Priority Electric, LLC in Monroe GA to do some electrical work for us on a newly purchased but older constructed house in Monroe GA, on August 27th 2025. We needed an update to the main panel and several outlets converted to GFCI as well as a few other concerning items that had been discovered by the home inspector. Michael was personable and very knowledgeable and willingly answered all of our questions and concerns! He walked us through our plan before he started the work, to show us what he would be doing and after finishing up he walked us through the house again to show and explain to us the items that had been completed. He and his partner were respectful and thorough, and we plan on using Michael's services again to have a few other optional updates done in the near future. This was the second time I used Priority Electric, and they have a customer for life. Michael is always extremely responsive, and gets the job completed promptly. He was even able to add on an unexpected flood light replacement (3 lights, to be exact) while he was at my home completing fan installations and a rewiring job. Michael did an outstanding job adding sconces above our fireplace, installing a new ceiling fan in a room with an 18' ceiling, adding a floor electrical outlet, and installing numerous light switchs. Michael found and repaired problems with switch installations from the original builder's electrician. Michael arrived when he said he'd be here, communicated well prior to the project, was flexible to changes during the project, and followed up the next day to ensure everything was working as it should. As a Business Owner, we make it our business to support other Small Businesses. We were their very first customer; my experience was professional and friendly. We had three light fixtures replaced. Entryway, dining room, and the living room. However, a few months later, the living room ceiling fan started making noise. I called Michael, the owner, and he told me if the sound was due to what he did, there was no charge. If it were something that we did, he would have to charge. This perplexed me because all we do is switch on or off. For us, this is terrible customer service--and bad business practices. read more
