When I go up to pay the charge me $20 for the soak off and $25 for 2 layers of clear gel polish. That is ridiculous and honestly horrible business practice they should be letting you know how much extra it would be or at least charging less for something I can do at home. Update: I recommend anyone that needed a nail service stays far away from this place I called last night and tried to get this issue resolved the hung up on me, I went in this morning to seeing someone could help me and the management was so rude to insisted that "if I didn't want the gel shouldn't have put my nails in the light." Only after I mentioned it did he file them all down, but he left the ends thick and uneven. When I asked him to thin out the bulky tips, he over-filed them instead, leaving rough, misshapen edges. One nail, my middle finger, is especially bumpy due to poor layering and careless filing. The overall finish looks rushed and sloppy. For $50, this level of work is unacceptable and honestly feels like something that should have cost no more than $20. I wish I could get a refund because these are not nails I am happy to walk around with.

But then I met Amy, who was incredible and I would schedule directly with her so it worked well. But then she went on vacation and never came back. So I started seeing Chloe, who was also great. But same thing... vacation, never came back. Then Vincent... then Tiffany... not sure what this pattern means but either way... I'm writing the review because I called today for an appointment and set it up. I arrived on time and it was like I had never called. 40 minutes later, everyone is still busy and not able to take me. My issue is, they never should have made the appointment. If they knew they were understaffed or running behind, they could've told me. So, I'll be moving on to a new salon. I got excited with the recent remodel, but doesn't seem like there's much improvement. I hope they figure out better systems soon.
