Her attention to detail is truly unmatched, and her consistency, patience, and dedication are always on point. I come in every month and genuinely feel like I'm at home. Hazel, her mom, and her sister are all amazing owners who create such a warm, welcoming environment. About a year ago, Hazel introduced me to Nary for manicures, and WOW -- she is next level. Nary absolutely slays the manicure game. Her meticulousness, technique, and efficiency are unreal. Sitting in her chair feels like part therapy session, part best-friend hangout. She is the real deal and a true trendsetter. I honestly won't go to anyone else for my nails anymore. Do yourself a favor and book with Hazel and Nary -- you will not regret it. And please... TIP THEM WELL. They truly deserve it.

Selected the $70 one with stones and paraffin etc. I felt this was pricy but the area probably allows it. It is 8/18 today and my feet still look like I didn't receive the pedicure. Lady tech ddnt speak English well. That is ok, But I was sure she understood I did not want gel again. Lady next to us translated my request. Stones were cold, lady warmed them up, and then burned my skin. I asked her to forget them. Kept telling her "no" with my hands. Our translator had left for the evening. This place does the nail polish b4 they do the pedicure. Never heard of that. They claim because of oils. Whatever, that is what alcohol is for. At the end of the service the "manager" insisted I get charged for the gel even if I ddnt ask for it. He said I should have payed attention to the lady's work. How about that.. lady tech confirmed I had asked for no gel. He ignored her. He charged me $90. Seemed desperate. Unbelievably rude of him. I don't live on that side of town. But I definitely will not return. I hope this post helps someone else decide if they will visit or not.

After painting my nails, the technician didn't even check his work. I had to point out that each nail was a different length. Only after I mentioned it did he file them all down, but he left the ends thick and uneven. When I asked him to thin out the bulky tips, he over-filed them instead, leaving rough, misshapen edges. One nail, my middle finger, is especially bumpy due to poor layering and careless filing. The overall finish looks rushed and sloppy. For $50, this level of work is unacceptable and honestly feels like something that should have cost no more than $20. I wish I could get a refund because these are not nails I am happy to walk around with.

I had originally scheduled with a specific nail tech, but when I arrived, she didn't show up, so I ended up having to switch to someone else. The nail tech I worked with seemed rushed, and I found myself having to point out mistakes and ask for corrections throughout my manicure. It was frustrating to have to constantly check the work instead of being able to relax and enjoy the appointment. The final result was okay, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. Between the crowded atmosphere, the scheduling issue, and the quality of the service, I don't think I'd return.

One of the main things I look for is how well calluses are smoothed out, and even though I specifically mentioned it, it didn't feel like much attention was given to that part. Other salons I've been to really take their time with this, so this felt a bit rushed and honestly pretty lackluster. Nothing was necessarily bad, but nothing really stood out either. It just didn't feel like the level of detail or care I was hoping for, especially for something that's supposed to be a relaxing, thorough service. Based on my experience, I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to come back since everything ended up being pretty average.
