He was fixated on it being plantar fasciitis... after getting a MRI $2600 plus, all he focused on we looking at the image & he said it confirmed this diagnosis, & treatment options. I asked about my large toe joint & he said it wasn't included in the MRI & if I needed it examined, I needed to make another appointment to be worked up for that as a separate issue!? Talk about money hungry!? Just bill for an intermediate or advanced exam, since I am already here!? I asked for a copy of the MRI, when I read it, it showed a fractured bone which he didn't even address!!! I sent it to my primary care who said I should have been placed in a "boot" but mind you it is now 2 months later. At no time was my MRI scan reviewed much less in its completeness! They took xrays of my foot and then the doctor came in. He examined me and made me stand on my toes and stand on one foot to test my foot. He then set me up for a MRI for this weekend. I found him to be concerned and caring and he had a excellent bedside manner. Dr. Etcheverry is our new foot doctor from now on.

My daughter was very comfortable waiting for me . The nurse called me back within 10 minutes of my report time. I wished I could remember her name, she was great with getting me ready for surgery. She got the IV the first time and was very thorough and thoughtful with her questions. Darlene was was my Anesthesiologist and she came by to visit before. I mentioned I was nauseous and she said she would be happy to take care of it. Surgery went great! Darlene did a great job at keeping me asleep and all the nurses in the OR ( Arianna, I think) were great. My post op nurse was great as well, sorry I have forgotten her name. I would NOT hesitate to use this surgery center again. I would recommend it. I can't forget my surgeon, Dr, N. Thanks everyone.

They are slow to respond to returning calls, and scheduling appointments, but once you're in, the treatment that you get there is excellent! They have now made a change where calls are answered at a call center, and that could explain the problem... More businesses need to realize that the call center will set the tone for the customers experience with the business. (It's usually better to answer your own phone calls)

Here I am needing my medical devise after surgery for 3 1/2 more months before I see my surgeon again in January. Hope everything heals correctly so I can get back to work. I had mentioned that I have seen the brace online for about a 1/4 of there price and the "doctor" said i can charge $1 million or whatever I want and the insurance company will pay it and that shows how much they care about there customerx
