I don't recommend this particular location. First time there the two purchases I made stayed on the counter and while this other man came in and he stood and talk to him about his business and left me waiting probably 10-15 minutes and the lady came in and I asked her to ring me up and he was all about getting over there and doing it then. On the phone or in the store there's no feeling of welcomeness glad you're here what can we do for you how can we help you very not very friendly. Because I purchased my three-wheel scooter online through Walmart they make me feel like I'm lower class. I think they claim to be Christian and their behavior is very very unchristian. Needed medical supplies quick. Called and spoke to Michael. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me what they had in stock and the details of the product. About an hour later I went down to the store to purchase. Michael again, helped me with my purchase, explained to me in detail about the product. After receiving a call from a gentleman from Port Angeles, Wash., asking for the Knights of Columbus' help after his power scooter broke down while en route to Riverside on Amtrak, I went to Quality Team's store and spoke with Allen, who offered to fix it only to find out that the model had been discontinued. He then sent his mechanic to the Amtrak station to check out the scooter to see if it needed only a simple fix. As it turned out, the motor was kaput. While a solution unfortunately couldn't be worked out for the gentleman, who then had to return home to get a new scooter, he and I both are appreciative of Quality Team's act of charity. read more

Service sold it!!! One of our first questions was do they service the chairs? The resounding YES was a primary factor in our purchase.. Mike and Alan have a wide variety of lift chairs to choose from. Since then we liked the 1st chair so much we went back and purchased a 2nd chair. They also have products that we subsequently picked up for aiding in daily living as we have impairments that plague older folks like us..They are helpful in providing solutions. I had purchased a lift recliner 2 months ago but I have some major back issues and that recliner just did not fit me and I was getting worse. A friend suggested I check a Medical Supply and that's when I found Quality Team. Oh my goodness, great customer service from Mike that first time in. He actually ordered a chair for me to try out because I'm so short....without obligation to buy. Well, it fit and I bought it. It was delivered Wednesday and I love it. I called Margie today to tell her how happy I was. What an amazing, caring family. If you need any medical supplies, they are there to serve you. She helped me facilitate delivery of much needed postop equipment for my husband who had just undergone a total knee replacement. I took my scooter a week ago to get checked out. It was turning off and I knew it was in the ignition because it's done it before and I have had it done before. The guy said he drove it far and got nothing. I took it to a reputable place where I used to live in Orange County, it was the ignition and the thing that makes it go fast or slow down. I forgot the name. 2 wires were also no good. I told the guy at Quality Team he should take it apart and look. He would've found out all of this, but he relied on driving it around looking out for codes instead. Sad that I had to take it 110 miles to get it fixed. Anyway, as I was there at this mobility place in orange, he noticed that the batteries weren't any good. He tested them over a period of time and wrote down all i need to show Quality Team so they can replace them. All Qualty Team did was blame it on my system. My good scooter repairman said that was baloney and that it is the batteries. He said he'd call the place himself and get the replacement I need. I didn't purchase the batteries from this repairman but because he cares and has great customer service, he will get the replacement I need. I'll never go to Quality Team again. Laziness to take apart the scooter cost them money they could have earned, and they wouldn't replace batteries because they claim it's ok. No thorough check as the guy in Orange did. Find someone else in Bakersfield. read more

The totality of my experience with quality team has been overwhelmingly pleasing and they have been there at times when I would think they would not as in when I am out in public and there's an emergency and I run out of oxygen I've had Bryan bring oxygen directly to me and also another wonderful lady in the office whole name I cannot remember but I think her as well recently I did have some with a setback with my treatment by one of their employees that came to my home at night the oxygen had malfunction and they had brought another one out however it had a problem so when the gentleman had to come back out again he came back out with a very rude attitude rushed me off did not want to have anything to do with what I had to say nor hear me and told me that he did not have time to try and figure it out at that time when it was clear with the problem was and he would not let me explain it to him however I think the staff a quality team for rectifying this problem by immediately sending the right equipment thank you to the Quality team staff and I do not hold one bad apple accountable for the whole team thank you for your service during this pandemic God bless you God bless all your staff Amen read more

Recently, I needed to rent a scooter for my elderly Aunt who was headed to Bakersfield on vacation but at the last minute she canceled her vacation. This is the worst place I ever been. I called ahead for the service of my scooter and was put on hold immediately then after a while I had to explain again that I need my electric motor checked out if it is broken or if it can be repaired.I was told that i had to bring in the whole scooter so they can give me a higher estimate again I explained can't I just get the motor checked out I was put on hold again and was told ok bring it in.I brought it in and then they told me where is the scooter we told you to bring it in.I explained that I called ahead and that it was ok to bring the motor in.There answer was we can't make any money off you that way and that we can't help you.I will make sure that the word of mouth gets out that this Place is going to overcharge and should not be recommend by anyone.The supervisor was rude and completely unprofessional. I will never set foot in this place ever again.The owner should be ashamed and he needs to train his supervisors how to conduct business with the costumers. read more
