She had filled out all their questionnaires and insurance forms online all they needed was a couple signatures. Our wait was about 25 minutes before she was called back, bring a blanket the waiting area is refrigerated. I headed home, after 90 minutes I got a call, all went well and she was in recovery I was on my way. The entire staff were friendly caring and professional. My wife needed another 30 minutes before she being discharged she was still in the twilight zone. Truxtun Surgery Center is a smooth operation

The staff seems hard pressed to deal with the ppl in here. It doesn't seem organized. The last time I had surgery was when I was giving birth to my youngest who is now 20yrs old and that c-section kicked my butt. When I was brought to the back, I was greeted by several people to confirm my surgery to make sure I was the right patient and to verify what surgery was being done. This is protocol at hospitals and surgery centers to preventive errors. By the time I was brought to the surgery room I was having anxiety at this point. If it wasn't for the amazing staff at MSC I would have backed down. I was so shaken up, I asked the nurse in the surgery room if she was able to please hold my hand and without hesitation she was happy to hold my hand and then the other nurse came around the other side to hold my hand and after that I didn't remember anything. The anesthesiologist walked me thru and was talking me thru the process til I fell asleep and if it wasn't for the anesthesiologist and the 2 ladies, I probably would have backed down. I wish I remembered the ladies names to give them some praise and acknowledgement, but I was so nervous at the time I forgot. I have worked at medical facilities and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and empathy. MSC is above standard and if you're going to have surgery here then you should know that you'll be taken care of. Staff is amazing. No one looks forward to surgeries/procedures, but MSC makes you feel at ease. I recommend this surgery center and I hope your visit is as successful as possible!

My first time here since switching new insurances and had to come here for myself (dry, wheezy…read morecough, with mild congestion). Considering it is the cold months, it wasn't busy coming in on a weekday mid afternoon (they close at 8pm daily). Office was very clean. Wait time wasn't too bad (15mins that's including the time I had fill out paperwork). Staff were very welcoming, nice and patient. They ask that you kindly wear a mask if you don't show up with one (no biggie!). I knew I would have some sort of respiratory issue but wasn't expecting bronchitis. I saw the NP and she was so nice and thorough. Administered an injection, breathing treatment while I was there, and ordered the recommended medications for further treatment. Overall my experience there went really great and so happy I got to come. I felt seen and heard - oppose to other urgent care places where you're rushed out the door. I just started coming to this facility, and I really like it!…read more I've only had the pleasure of meeting my PCP doctor once, but can tell she's a very good doctor, takes the time to listen and ask questions & was just an easy person to talk to and open up with. I had a broken foot so she ended up putting in an (expedited) referral to see the foot specialist, which just so happened to be located on the second floor! The very next day the referral was approved and the podiatrist office (foot doctor) was calling me to set up an appointment for THAT following day... Super fast! I've seen the podiatrist a handful of times since then, and he's a really cool guy as well! Communicates well and definitely has your best interest at heart! Pretty funny guy too! I've also gotten my blood taken here per my doctor's request, and have had several foot x-rays done here as well, I love that everything is located in ONE building!! The building isn't even super huge either! so it's easy to navigate around. They even have an ER! Plus I've noticed that they're hardly ever busy! It's pretty much empty every time I've come! wait times are no longer than 10 minutes at the most. My last appointment I was 30 minutes early and they were able to get me in right away! Just seems to good to be true lol. Friendly staff, clean facility, so grateful to have Dr Raju (her nickname) as my PCP and BFMC as my doctors office. -The end.

Haylee was great at the front desk, super sweet and very nice. Dr Priya saw my son and was straight to the point. Had some good recommendations for him. We didn't feel rushed at all and great bedside manners! The office was clean, updated and we were in and out in 20 minutes! I give 10/10 and will definitely recommend! ***update*** 2 days later went back for an xray, the tech wasn't in the Sunday we went & it wasn't urgent: so we didn't mind waiting, we were in and out in 30 minutes with results. It was incredibly disheartening to see that a corporate ribbon-cutting ceremony was more important to have there for visibility sake than the needs of the patients attending the facility. The hard-working people of AIS deserve better. The patients that depend on AIS for treatment deserve better. In the future, I hope corporate decides to hold events at other venues, as these types of events seems to be happening more frequently as of late. These needless disruptions are incredibly difficult for some of us. Patients and workers alike.

There are a few different doctors at this facility--my doctor is Dr. Vagalarsky, though I haven't had much interaction with him. The nurses handle most of the process, from wheeling you in to sedation and the procedure itself. Julie, the admitting nurse, was wonderful--very personable and kind. Becky and Rachel, the procedure nurses, were also great, and my recovery nurse, Maria, was equally kind and attentive. This is my go-to place for GI procedures. 2/3/25

When I was leaving, he rushed over demanding a $20 copay. I explained that my deductible and out-of-pocket maximum had already been met, so I did not owe a copay. Even after I verified this with my insurance, he continued yelling and instructed the staff not to let me leave until I paid. His behavior became so aggressive that I felt frightened and ran out of the office. Although my procedure had been fully approved, I never returned because of how I was treated. They called me everyday for almost a month asking me to go back in to have my procedure done. I also never received a bill which showed I did not owe them the $20 they were demanding. This happened some time ago, so I hope things have improved since then.
