I came out in the worst pain, went to my follow up and the pain was still terrible, but my end result was a huge extremely crooked incision from hip to hip, their words my pain was so bad because he made it very tight which only caused it to stretch and that was 2006. I will say at 49 my stomach is still extremely flat, but I workout. It seemed like it was hastily done or two different people performing the surgery. You can also still see every little stitch around my belly button. I went into a full on depression for a long time, but my fault for being so vain. The office staff was nice, but not the PA at the time she was Rude.

My experience at this medical practice was extremely frustrating. After checking in, I was given paperwork that took approximately 20 minutes to complete. I'm not sure why this paperwork couldn't have been sent ahead of time to be completed before the appointment, which would have saved time. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45 AM, but I wasn't taken back to a room until around 10:30 AM. Once I was placed in the room, I continued waiting. At approximately 11:10 AM, I finally had to ask someone how much longer I would be waiting. At that point, I had already been there for well over an hour and a half. I understand that medical offices can experience delays and unexpected circumstances, but the lack of communication and the amount of time spent waiting was disappointing. If there are significant delays, patients should be informed rather than left sitting and wondering what is going on.

They repeatedly, flat out lied and I never received a reply about even getting a doctor's appointment to discuss surgery until today. Finally, I received a reply to an email, which includes the following: "We are no longer able to waive or adjust fees for any surgical revisions. Unfortunately, after reviewing your medical chart it was decided and finalized by my manager that you would be responsible for the full surgery fee for any further revisions...your revision surgery or touch-up liposuction procedures will be your responsibility fully at $3800/1st area; $2800/each additional area. A $500 non-refundable deposit will be required to schedule a surgery date."

The last time I had surgery was when I was giving birth to my youngest who is now 20yrs old and that c-section kicked my butt. When I was brought to the back, I was greeted by several people to confirm my surgery to make sure I was the right patient and to verify what surgery was being done. This is protocol at hospitals and surgery centers to preventive errors. By the time I was brought to the surgery room I was having anxiety at this point. If it wasn't for the amazing staff at MSC I would have backed down. I was so shaken up, I asked the nurse in the surgery room if she was able to please hold my hand and without hesitation she was happy to hold my hand and then the other nurse came around the other side to hold my hand and after that I didn't remember anything. The anesthesiologist walked me thru and was talking me thru the process til I fell asleep and if it wasn't for the anesthesiologist and the 2 ladies, I probably would have backed down. I wish I remembered the ladies names to give them some praise and acknowledgement, but I was so nervous at the time I forgot. I have worked at medical facilities and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and empathy. MSC is above standard and if you're going to have surgery here then you should know that you'll be taken care of. Staff is amazing. No one looks forward to surgeries/procedures, but MSC makes you feel at ease. I recommend this surgery center and I hope your visit is as successful as possible!

I had surgery here this morning and it was a great experience. The lobby is very clean and…read morewelcoming. They have plenty of seating and a huge TV on one wall. My daughter was very comfortable waiting for me . The nurse called me back within 10 minutes of my report time. I wished I could remember her name, she was great with getting me ready for surgery. She got the IV the first time and was very thorough and thoughtful with her questions. Darlene was was my Anesthesiologist and she came by to visit before. I mentioned I was nauseous and she said she would be happy to take care of it. Surgery went great! Darlene did a great job at keeping me asleep and all the nurses in the OR ( Arianna, I think) were great. My post op nurse was great as well, sorry I have forgotten her name. I would NOT hesitate to use this surgery center again. I would recommend it. I can't forget my surgeon, Dr, N. Thanks everyone.
