Fast forward a couple of years and I discover I have a collection from this outfit. When I try to contact billing, I get the stifle. Put on hold. No contact number. Walked in, chatted about it and was given an order for blood work (NO ONE TOLD ME WHEN THE BLOODWORK NEEDED TO BE DONE AROUND MY CYCLE.) luckily it was within the correct window of time when I got the bloodwork done - thankfully by chance. I wish I would have looked at the blood work myself because I am not in need of HRT. I went in for my appointment and had to fill out forms on a dying iPad and then when called back I did not get to see Dr. Ari, I saw another woman who was nice but there was zero reason to be in there and she told me before I left (after paying $150 for labs elsewhere) it's going to be $225. So much for nothing. Sad because I would have went there for other things but not now. I felt duped and I felt like they could have just said "you don't need the meds and we can't help" and saved all of us time but they wanted my $225. They were all friendly but honestly, if you want to get hormones checked, a lab can help without paying an additional $225 to just walk into this office that did nothing. I'm completely disappointed. At least they didn't try to upsell me on anything else even though there are treatments I would have done. Taking the time and money to sit there for nothing has really rubbed me the wrong way. I feel it was handled unfairly. *We can't help you and knew it before your appointment- but thanks for the cash.* I'm a business owner and I would NEVER. I know they probably don't care but I feel like people should be aware.

She has helped me not only treat the area I was most concerned about, but also helps me in areas to prevent wrinkles which I didn't know was a thing. I've also had her do my jaw area for my crazy teeth grinding and it was amazing!!!! I didn't even know that was an option until we talked. Most of all though my big problem area, the wrinkle between my eyebrows I've had since I was a kid, has eased up soooo much over time. I've been super impressed. You can get botox almost any med spa or cosmetic place in town....so why do I choose Onyx? There wasn't much redness, swelling, frosting, or soreness like I expected, and it honestly doesn't even look different. During the session, it seemed like the laser only went over the tattoo once, so I'm feeling a little confused and concerned about whether the treatment was completed correctly or if this is normal for the first session. I've attached a photo of how it currently looks. I know everyone os different but ive had tattoo laser removal done before and this is nothing like that.... Thank you.
