I like when instructors do a good job explaining things in detail and when they correct your form so that you actually work the muscles the exercise is intended to work. She does a good job of that. She's funny too. The gym classes are good too. But if you're new to working out it might be challenging. I was so sore after the upper body class, more sore than I have been in a long time. Although Nanja is present throughout the session, the experience is still private, respectful, and comfortable. You are fully covered at all times and safely monitored throughout the treatment. Her presence allows her to observe what is happening in real time and respond to the body's needs, which is not something that is done with the LIBBE systems offered in Bakersfield where clients are left alone during the session. Nanja uses gentle abdominal massage to help aid the removal of accumulated waste and with permission also incorporates pressure points and guided breathwork.
