Well, no problem. Let me still get my 10 AM massage. I get to the salon at 10 AM. Yelp, says they open at 9 am but nobody is there. I say at about 10:01am Karina shows up. She needs about 10 minutes to prepare before we can start the massage. I'm not in a rush, so no problem. My 90 minute massage was cut down to probably about 75 minutes. When I confronted her about it, she did takeoff $10. But many people would not say anything at all. I found this to be unethical. The whole thing was rather disappointing.

Her quality of care for my wife was 10/10!! Once they took her back for the surgery I received a phone call from Dr. Vande Ven approximately 55 minutes later and she said everything went great. 30 minutes later I received another phone call from Tia who took me back to see my wife. I had her booked for me and 5 other girls for my engagement party and once I left she canceled on my whole event. Most probably because she knows how bad she did. I then asked for a refunded and she started to speak foul to me staying the reason she did so bad was because I'm " buried to my phone and correcting every little thing." Not once was I rude to her work I tried to not make her insecure on her work but she made me feel so insecure with my make up on my day. I came home wiped it all off and now way more late. Not only that but on her yelp she says her make up is only $60 but she tried charging me $75 and then gave me a "discounted price" for supposedly $65. Worst service & worst make up I've ever experienced.
