The girl's in the front desk are rude. I spent a lot of money here. And trying to get an appointment is almost impossible now and the nurse told me to come in and she could give me my shot and I could anytime. I'm in the area it wouldn't be a problem and take like a few minutes to know and they had me sit there waiting for like 30 to 45 minutes and they said well you didn't have an appointment. When I asked youlhow long I'm longer or if I should just go to Valencia. Just I feel like they're rude. They wanna be nice too and I went to the Valencia, laser weight, and they were also so sweet from the front to the back. They were just amazing. read more

This place was very easy to find, it is located at The Marketplace. Plenty of parking around but it is shared with few other places. Inside the waiting room was spacious and clean. Staff were lovely and were informative on their services and payments. The nurse i saw was very pleasant, i liked her. I've had such a good experience so far! The whole process has been super easy and comfortable from the start. The staff is really nice and makes you feel relaxed during every session. I've only had 2 sessions and I can already see a difference in my results. The nurses make you feel like they're annoyed by you wanting a treatment done in a certain way, like they get upset for wanting to skip a chemical because they don't care you breast feed. Right when we first walked in, we were greeted by Sophia. My husband had scheduled for tattoo removal, and had purchased 10 sessions and his quote was done remotely, and he was over quoted for his removal. Upon Sophia seeing what tattoo he was having removed, she figured out how she can give us more for our buck. She was able to add in more sessions for what he was having removed since the tattoo was smaller than what the remote scheduler had initially stated it was. So much great advice, spending time so I can better understand the treatments I am getting and how to get the most of them. I paid for a full syringe expecting a complete treatment, but the nurse didn't finish the job. When I questioned her about it, she was rude and dismissive. I essentially wasted my money because I didn't get the full service I paid for, and there was little to no visible difference. On top of that, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Also, I didn't mention that they did offer some free sessions to make up for the treatments not working for me, but the free sessions required a purchase of more sessions and I fell for it. I just finished my second appointment at LaserAway getting filler in my laugh lines. Gurpreet was my clinician, I really liked her. She was friendly, gentle, and aftercare instructions were clear. The first time I came, I didn't feel anything. This time I didn't have as much time for the numbing, but it wasn't too bad. The office is very clean and chic. The rooms are comfortable and each room has a big flat screen in it and you have the remote so you can change it if you'd like to. Even the bathroom was really nice. I definitely liked LaserAway more than Youthology, however I got filler at LaserAway and Botox at Youthology so I can't fully speak to the effects of the product and techniques of the clinicians bc it was different products in different areas. I was not happy with the customer service and care I received just from my consultation over the phone. I felt rushed and pressured to choose a package that I still to this day am not sure if I even needed. I was told there was no down payment needed for my treatment to start and then a week before my appointment, I got a bill in the mail for a credit that they applied for me to have to cover a full packages of treatments. I did not even receive my first treatment yet and they had already billed for the full package. I had no idea I was being signed up for some financing package as I was rushed through y "consultation." I will not be returning to get services and I am battling to get the charges reversed for no getting the treatments. read more

Omg This place is amazing i was transferred from the rancho laser way to this site. My transfer was so easy since i moved. The ladies are so nice and welcoming, I notice that the rooms are blasting with AC which is chilly but i love it especially when doing my laser. I don't feel it as much painful. I don't know if that is the purpose. I had to re schedule my appointment but they easily re schedule it. Ive had some minor issues where they call me to re schedule twice or when i come im and theres only two machines working. So i have to wait a lil longer but i don't mind. I have been on the phone with someone (mostly different) from LaserAway well over 20 x's. Yet I can not get communication. I have been in their office twice with 2 different appointments but both times I didn't end up using them. They quickly talked me into a zero interest loan company for just a laser Brazilian when I called for chin and Brazilian. It was over $2k for just a Brazilian so I asked for a refund. Over 20 days later the original person who charged me over the phone (not actually in Bakersfield), is still "processing" my refund (from what I have been told) I've been told there was a 48 hour rush on it previously, and someone would call me back tomorrow (only because I asked for a status update). But meanwhile the loan company wants me to pay a bill on the money I borrowed over 20 days ago for a service I didn't get because my return is still being "processed". I do a lot of business with a lot of companies in town and this has been unbelievable. read more

I had xeomin injections done at laser away. We paid for 34 units They recommended 52 units which would make a difference to my lines on forehead and around my eyes. After 2 weeks I saw very minimal differences. I went back and they suggested I do 22 more units. This time no difference. I feel it was more about the sell then it was to the actual result. This was my first time getting injections and it has really disappointed me. A lot of money was spent for little to no result. I was told by the staff sometimes it doesn't take. That would of been great information before adding on all the extra units. My friend went on the same day and got the same injections s with little results. The also suggested more units which she purchased. She had no results. I would not recommend this place. Do your research and find someone with positive feedback and results.
