Absolutely LOVE this place! Every staff member at LaserAway Bakersfield is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming, and kind. From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted with a smile and checked in right away. They make sure your next appointment is scheduled before you leave and always send you off with a warm goodbye. You can genuinely tell that they are happy to see their clients--and that makes such a difference! I drive an hour from Tehachapi for my appointments, and the amazing service and care I receive make the drive completely worth it. Tiffany is my girl! She does AMAZING work and has made me feel comfortable and confident at every appointment. She is extremely knowledgeable and well educated on the treatments and equipment she uses and takes the time to answer any questions I have. One thing I especially appreciate is how she communicates with me throughout my treatments, explaining what she's doing and making sure I'm comfortable every step of the way. It's rare to find a place where you feel this welcomed, cared for, and confident in the people providing your treatments. If you've been thinking about trying LaserAway Bakersfield but have any doubts--DON'T! Just book the appointment! You'll be in great hands. Thank you, Tiffany and the entire LaserAway Bakersfield team, for always making my experience such a great one! Reyna S. read more

I recently came in for a tattoo removal session, and my appointment took a total of 5 min. After the appointment, the area didn't really look or feel like anything had been done. There wasn't much redness, swelling, frosting, or soreness like I expected, and it honestly doesn't even look different. During the session, it seemed like the laser only went over the tattoo once, so I'm feeling a little confused and concerned about whether the treatment was completed correctly or if this is normal for the first session. I've attached a photo of how it currently looks. I know everyone os different but ive had tattoo laser removal done before and this is nothing like that.... Thank you. read more

First time coming to a LaserAway location and I'm glad I chose this one! Ask for Sophia!! At first I was nervous but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Sophia who made me feel welcomed and at ease. I mentioned to her I wanted to get some information on some services and the way she explained everything and answered every question I had really made me feel like she was making sure I got what I wanted/needed and wasn't just trying to "up sell" me. Sophia helped me set up a package that was best for my needs/wants and overall made my experience here a great one. Her professionalism and amazing customer service is what really did me in. Can't wait to visit again! read more

I have a skin condition called melasma. I was told that the laser treatment would effectively remove the hyperpigmentation. Well, after at least 8 months of "clear and brilliant" and other special recommendations, the treatment didn't work. Instead, my melasma got worse! I also thought the hair removal from my underarms and chin was permanent. Not the case. The hair has grown back, and I still have the melasma. I paid over $6000 for these services and was disappointed. So, I don't recommend this business for melasma treatment or hair removal. Unfortunately, there is no refund, even though I asked for one. read more

This place was very easy to find, it is located at The Marketplace. Plenty of parking around but it is shared with few other places. Inside the waiting room was spacious and clean. Staff were lovely and were informative on their services and payments. The nurse i saw was very pleasant, i liked her. I'm already booked again for 8 weeks but with all their services and payments plans, I'll probably return sooner for something else read more

LaserAway tattoo removal is a complete SCAM!!!!!! They make you pay for "packages" of 10-12 sessions and keep the settings of the laser at a low level so you have to keep buying more and more "packages" of 10-12 sessions because your tattoo isn't fading. I went through almost 2 full years of this crap with them and 2 packages financed. I spent almost $7k on laser tattoo removal with ZERO results. Weird right!? Then in a session a technician said "oh I guess we can turn the laser up this time" ..... so I did research. They should have been doing that each session!!!!!!!! A complete tattoo removal for the size of my tattoos should have been gone in 10-13 sessions. I started researching removal places and took my money elsewhere, to REMOVERY!!!! That's all they specialize in, tattoo removal. Do yourself a favor and go with the BEST! Results prove themselves. Look at Removery's Instagram. They post real results. Not like LaserAway. LaserAway won't remove facial tattoos either btw. Removery will do it all! STAY AWAY FROM LASER AWAY!!! You've been warned!!!!!!!!! read more

The girl's in the front desk are rude. I spent a lot of money here. And trying to get an appointment is almost impossible now and the nurse told me to come in and she could give me my shot and I could anytime. I'm in the area it wouldn't be a problem and take like a few minutes to know and they had me sit there waiting for like 30 to 45 minutes and they said well you didn't have an appointment. When I asked youlhow long I'm longer or if I should just go to Valencia. Just I feel like they're rude. They wanna be nice too and I went to the Valencia, laser weight, and they were also so sweet from the front to the back. They were just amazing. read more

I've had such a good experience so far! The whole process has been super easy and comfortable from the start. The staff is really nice and makes you feel relaxed during every session. I've only had 2 sessions and I can already see a difference in my results. Also, thank you to Ashley for helping me with my laser plan and Nurse Bree for taking care of me during my treatments--they've both been amazing. I'm excited to keep going and see even better results! read more

Absolutely horrible service. The wait times are awful and they constantly reschedule. Go anywhere else. Save your money! Don't fall for their "packages" read more

this place is not it! i'm paying for lip filler and botox and so far i've only seen a difference with botox. i've came in for 2 syringes of lip fillers and i still don't see a difference and they're just a bit plump for 2 syringes isn't okay. how are you going to try and upsell people bundles into spending more $$ when you guys are not willing to give people the right job of there money's worth. read more

Very rude and unprofessional. I called to get a quote on laser and when she called me back to confirm if I still want it i told her I wanted to think about it she hung up on face. read more

Their empathy toward women! That should definitely improve, first time moms just want to get back to feeling beautiful. The nurses make you feel like they're annoyed by you wanting a treatment done in a certain way, like they get upset for wanting to skip a chemical because they don't care you breast feed. This world needs better nurses and better healthcare care professionals read more

Going in for my third treatment but first time at this location, recently moved from San Diego( la jolla area). I Went in to see Sara for a full body laser and I couldn't be more pleased with the services I received. I never received this type of customer service in SD. The girls at the front desk were friendly and Sara was amazing. Thank you girls! Looking forward to my next visit. read more

Gabby, Yanira, Sophia and Ashley always make me feel welcomed! They know me by my first name, they always engage in conversation with me, they answer all my questions. Gabby is my girl! She will help me all the time and goes above and beyond for me. Hands down best treatment from front desk ladies to back office RNs! They all remember me every time I go. I have not had one bad experience! Special shout out to Gurpreet, Sydney, Martha, and all the RNs. I wish I remembered all their names but I absolutely love the luxury treatment I get here. read more

Right when we first walked in, we were greeted by Sophia. My husband had scheduled for tattoo removal, and had purchased 10 sessions and his quote was done remotely, and he was over quoted for his removal. Upon Sophia seeing what tattoo he was having removed, she figured out how she can give us more for our buck. She was able to add in more sessions for what he was having removed since the tattoo was smaller than what the remote scheduler had initially stated it was. We appreciate everything she was able to do for us! Looking forward to their service for all of his upcoming sessions. read more

I have been to many Laser Away locations, and must say that this one has been the best! So much great advice, spending time so I can better understand the treatments I am getting and how to get the most of them. Really easy to reschedule, schedule, etc. I am also a baby- the pain of laser really gets me- and the staff has gone above and beyond to get me through the sessions! And Giau is always so helpful, and spends a ton of time talking through options with me! She is the best admin at Laser Away that I have worked with! And of course... still getting amazing results from my laser! read more

Spoke with Linda I am unsure if she is from the Bakersfield location however during the beginning of our over the phone consultation her manner was good after I inquired if there were any other discounts or promos that may be discounted upon receiving my quote Linda's response was that it was already at 50% off tattoo removal of $2,100 for a dollar size or less. Linda's responses were short and hung up on me. Overall unprofessional. read more

I love the nurses at LaserAway. Each time they've been knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and sweet. Honestly, the best care I could ask for! The nurses are highly skilled in the treatments and results have always been consistent. I wish I could give the Bakersfield location five stars, but the front office is just not friendly. I've been a couple of times now, and each time they've been unprofessional. I get the clear impression that I'm inconveniencing them. LaserAway Bakersfield, can we please get these girls some customer service training? read more

Thank you for the amazing experience! The team of laseraway especially Ashely has been so helpful. I would truly recommend their services!

Based on the good Google reviews online, I thought this would be a great place to inquire about tattoo removal. I was connected to Linda on the phone. She was incredibly rude, short, and when I asked if I could think about it, she hung up on me. I have never encountered so little professionalism from someone in customer service. Based on another review saying the same, I think y'all need to say bye to Linda. Unfortunately, because of this, I will not be seeking treatment here. read more

Well I'm back to re-review. It started off well but as it turns out the quality fades and the up-selling is prevalent. Truly a let down. Now 8 treatments down and no much of a difference from where I started, moral of the story: save your money, go get waxed. read more

I absolutely love my results!! I highly recommend! 100% best in town. I will never go anywhere else for Botox

Update: after letting all the hair in the areas grow out completely I'm seeing that I now have more hair growth in some areas than I started with. I feel like a fool for buying the initial package and then going back and purchasing more sessions only to be left with more hair than I started with. Take pictures before and after! Also, I didn't mention that they did offer some free sessions to make up for the treatments not working for me, but the free sessions required a purchase of more sessions and I fell for it. More money down the drain. read more

I paid for a full syringe expecting a complete treatment, but the nurse didn't finish the job. When I questioned her about it, she was rude and dismissive. I essentially wasted my money because I didn't get the full service I paid for, and there was little to no visible difference. On top of that, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I won't be going back or wasting any more time and money at this place. read more

Sophie, front desk was so sweet, ahhh!! Just want to hug her. Hard worker, I appreciate that she talked to me and explained my benefits throughly. Great service!!! read more

Great service and friendly staff, they are so attentive to my needs. The nurses are very knowledgeable

The girls are the best and take good care of each person they make sure you have more than enough information before doing anything

This was my first time trying to come in and the customer service is not very nice. I tried to get a consultation meeting and no one showed up for it although I already had an appointment set. I called back and had a provider start messaging me for what i wanted to get done at laser away then they just stoped answering. I don't recommend this place. It was a waste of my time and unprofessional in my experience. read more

Hi, I would like to first introduce myself. My name is Daeja Duarte and I am writing a review about my experience with LaswerAway and their team. First, of all I would like to thank their office Manager and consultant Yani Acevedo. She is beyond a queen for helping me with getting about 30 units of Xeomin from my crows feet up. I looked so flawless and refreshed thanks to her and her amazing team. The Nurse she appointed to me was so amamzing as well such a light hand and effortless job and also both were very knowledgeable in questions or any concers I did have. Thank you again Yani & the LaserAway Team! read more

Just had my first Brazilian laser treatment. I didn't even feel it! Zero wait time and was done in 15 mins!

The staff has always been great! And they always have great discounts! I will definitely keep coming back!

I just finished my second appointment at LaserAway getting filler in my laugh lines. Gurpreet was my clinician, I really liked her. She was friendly, gentle, and aftercare instructions were clear. The first time I came, I didn't feel anything. This time I didn't have as much time for the numbing, but it wasn't too bad. The office is very clean and chic. The rooms are comfortable and each room has a big flat screen in it and you have the remote so you can change it if you'd like to. Even the bathroom was really nice. I definitely liked LaserAway more than Youthology, however I got filler at LaserAway and Botox at Youthology so I can't fully speak to the effects of the product and techniques of the clinicians bc it was different products in different areas. In general though, I'd recommend LaserAway! read more
