So glad this place opened nearby, great location. Victoria at the front desk is amazing, she really took her time to help answer all of my questions and set me up perfectly with what I was wanting. I'm 3 sessions in and each time all the girls have been sweet and welcoming. It is always spotless inside, I can be really picky with the cleanliness of a business since I've been in the beauty industry the last ten years so sanitation is just second nature for me. I also highly recommend nurse Mae, she made me feel comfortable with my treatment & was very knowledgeable. She has really good positive energy that makes your visit experience enjoyable. Lastly, unlike other businesses in town I really like the fact that they don't push memberships onto you. they were AMAZING!!!!!!!! sooo much more than I had ever hoped!!! Graline was my nurse and she is soo phenomenal. When I first walked in which I have never been in before, the ladies greeted me at the desk so kindly, even though I was 10 minutes late. There was a little too no wait time at all and they closed in five minutes. My appointment was at 5:45 and I got there at 5:55. Graline miners was so kind! It was my first time ever getting laser done, and it did not even hurt! It feels like little pokes with a needle( that sounds like it hurts more than it actually feels lol). When I arrived I was welcomed by 4 gorgeous women at the front desk. Manni was the one who did my laser removal treatment. She is very knowledgeable and professional. First and foremost, I don't usually leave ratings but I just wanted to recognize how nice and welcoming the staff are. The front desk has the most nicest ladies in the front. Super helpful and very informative. Gurleen was my nurse and she was so sweet. Very knowledgeable. I really felt comfortable with her. My results are honestly amazing. The convenience of not having to worry about shaving or waxing is great. I'm currently going on my 6th laser treatment and my hairs are barely even noticeable. Also, they increase the intensity the further you are into your treatments. Depending on your pain tolerance I totally recommend the numbing cream package. Excellent services! I got a great deal on laser hair removal and only after my second treatment I could already see a BIG difference. They are very careful and make sure you aren't taking any antibiotics or medicines that will increase the sensitivity of the laser. They'll do a patch test around the areas in EVERY visit and ask you how you feel before the treatment and will definitely give you as many breaks as needed. Their doctors are excellent, professional, and caring. They give you aloe to put in the targeted areas right after your sessions I love that it's an in and out experience. Totally recommend (first timers) I was really scared at first but all the ladies that work at the location in Bakersfield ,ca there are super nice , professional they made me feel super comfortable . One of my biggest worries was taking out a loan but they talk me through it every little detail every question i had they answered everything . I have had botox similar injections before but the place didn't charge by unit , they never gave me enough and always found a reason to give me dysport and not botox so I GAVE THIS PLACE A TRY I'm so happy! I came in and told my tech exactly what I wanted a full frozen look for Maximum line control and they used botox thankfully. We ended up using 45 units and honestly I'm so happy!
