I made an appointment for 2 months later, then called the week of my appointment to make sure that the machine was working. The front assistant put me on hold, then said it was working. So I show up, wait, go in for my session, and then am told that the machine is NOT working. And they're not even sure that they'll get it fixed! So showed up to 2 appointments for nothing! That being said, when I recently received a mailer announcing "We have moved" along with the information about Dr. Kiuftis' new practice, I simply assumed that Dr. Rimmer had retired. I was shocked to discover that this wasn't the case at all, and that Dr. Kiuftis had, in fact, left his previous position with nearly no notice and sent out misleading mailers to Dr. Rimmer's entire patient list. I would not seek Dr. Kiuftis out for for his dental skills, and now that I am aware of his highly questionable character, I cannot do enough to caution against him. Find someone else, anyone else, to work on your teeth. This is not a man with whom you should trust your smile or your money.

I was pleasantly surprised. I had no down time, no bruising, no swelling and no pain afterwards! The office is new and very clean and everyone in the office is pleasant and friendly. Please know that I was one of those people who would start freaking out days before my dental appointments. Many times I would cancel at the last minute so I didn't have to go. They have made me feel welcome, well taken care of and everything they are planning to do is explained, clearly, so you don't need to worry about anything while you're being treated.
