I just LOVE this office. The lady at the front desk is always helpful/friendly and schedules appointments right away. I have been coming to this office for quite some time now and couldn't believe I had not left a review. Dr. Reyes is so easy going and down to earth. Every time I come in he is able to adjust whatever I'm having issues with. For the most part, one visit takes care of my problem(s) unless I'm having more severe pain. He doesn't schedule unnecessary appointments. He will only ask you to schedule a follow up if he believes it's needed. You are in and out, no long waits. I highly recommend this office to anyone, especially if you work downtown. They are located in a very convenient location and open during the lunch hour. read more

Couldn't be happier with Chiro care experience. Super friendly front office staff who always do their best to accommodate last minute urgent appointments. Dr Reyes always works his magic and I always leave his office with significantly less pain/discomfort. Highly recommend. read more

At Elite Chiropractic, my personal experience was great. The front desk secretary was very friendly and attentive as was Dr. Reyes. He made it a point to hear me out and made sure I understood that the care he offers isn't a one service fits all but that it is tailored based on individual needs. After my appointment I noticed a significant difference in my body especially where I was experiencing much tension and aches. I would definitely recommend Dr. Reyes' services to anyone in need of relief. read more

This is THE place for a great adjustment. Completely satisfied with my first initial visit! Chiropractor Carlos is patient, kind, and great with his patients. Look forward to my next visit. My husband and I went in with our 3 small kiddos for the last available appointment for the day on a Friday and the front desk receptionist was kind and helpful. I could ramble on on how well and pleased we are with the Chiropractor's service. read more

First time patient and oh my god when I tell you that you are in the best hands I mean it! Dr Reyes took the time to explain everything throughly and made us feel so comfortable. Dr. Reyes is the best chiropractor I've ever seen. I've experienced back/neck discomfort since I was a teenager, so finding the right chiropractor was essential to me. I did research & found Dr. Reyes which works great for me since he's a block away from my office! He was able to identify any & all areas of discomfort & has been successfully adjusting me. He's been honest about how often I should come in & very professional. I recommend him to all. read more

I started seeing Dr. Reyes about three weeks ago. I have suffered with constant pain since a bad fall 8 months ago. I am so glad I found him, he explains what he is doing and he is ever so gentle. Because I am an elderly woman I think he takes extra care to not overdo the treatment. It has been difficult but I am seeing improvement every day. The office and treatment rooms are bright and clean. The receptionist, Lindsey, is always welcoming and helpful. If you are looking for a chiropractor you would do well to see this one. read more

Great customer service. Carlos knows what he is doing. I don't usually need to get adjusted, but if am working out too much and I start to feel stiff, Carlos will fix you right up. Elite Chiropractic will always try their best to accommodate you. Must come out and check them out. read more

What a difference a week makes. I was having sciatic pain, left shoulder and neck pain. Pain between my shoulder blades, and nothing was helping. After 3 visits in my first week, I've been able to sleep and walk without any pain. I will never stop going. Dr. Reyes is personable and genuinely cares. I've been telling all my friends and family about him. read more

Dr. Reyes is hands down the best chiropractor ever! I've been to many chiropractors in the past, from all over the country and I never get the relief I do from Dr. Reyes. Love Dr. Carlos Reyes. He's been my chiropractor for years. Accommodating staff and easy scheduling. My go to!

Let me start by saying I've been to numerous chiropractors in the past, and never felt relief until I've came to Elite Chiropractic. Carlos Reyes is very gentle with you and will explain what is going on before he starts with you. He will go above and beyond to help you get relief. I suffer from severe central canal stenosis and have bulging discs in my L4-L5 and he started out with decompression therapy which is very helpful as well aligning my back. He is very informative and I feel like I am finally on the road to recovery now that I've been here. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Dr. Reyes is awesome! My first visit, he asked questions to learn where I was hurting and medical questions (heartburn) to help when he started the adjustment. I feel better every time I go and I will recommend him to anyone. Lindsey, his receptionist, is also amazing and super friendly and helpful. read more

Outstanding chiropractor! I was born with structural problems in my back, compounded by day-to-day stresses on my vertebrae and muscles. Dr. Reyes was able to alleviate my pain and correct some of the ongoing issues in my back and neck. On my first visit, he was able to pinpoint the trouble areas in my back. He asked if I'd ever had heartburn issues. As a matter of fact, I'd been waking up in the middle of the night with heartburn for the past few weeks. He educated me on which nerves were impacted by each vertebra, and suggested that my heartburn might be caused by the locked joints in the middle of my back. Once we achieved motion in those joints, I was shocked... My heartburn completely disappeared and didn't come back. Obviously, heartburn can be a symptom of any number of other issues, but in my case, his adjustments did the trick. Did you know it's been suggested that chiropractic can correct issues ranging from allergies to high blood pressure, and everything in between? If you have any sort of ailment, especially issues with your back or neck, I highly recommend speaking with Dr. Reyes to see if chiropractic is right for you. His office also offers spinal decompression, which is a major plus. The office does have a very soothing atmosphere, as the person before me suggests. Also, Resham at the front desk is courteous and very helpful with any insurance questions you may have. I swear by chiropractic care, and I will continue to suggest Dr. Reyes and Elite Chiropractic! read more

I was new to town and needed a place to go after I pulled a muscle in my neck. Dr. Reyes called me back after I left a message with the receptionist. Although my insurance was not covered, he gave me a discount for seeing him too. He's a great chiropractor and I continue to go back once a month to get my back worked on. He doesn't add on any other fees or try to get any extra money out of you. Because of the way I was treated and taken care of I continue to see him. (Keep in mind I can easily go to someone else where my insurance is covered). He even went as far as to check with my insurance company after a few visits to see if anything had changed, which it had. My insurance is now covered under him. Give him a try if you need something taken care of!:) read more

I loved the fact that the Dr himself called me back after I had left a message. He scheduled the appointment for me the next day. There was little paperwork to fill out and then I was quickly called back. The Dr. himself examined me and asked questions, and then he treated my sciatica with a decompression and adjustment. Both were performed in a private room away from other clients. It was a nice change from the other Chiropractor I had seen where everything is done out in the open with all of the other clients right there next to you. I liked the privacy aspect and the genuine care and concern her had for my recovery. I have to say that just after that one session my sciatica nerve pain was gone. I was suffering for a week before coming to him and nothing was helping the pain and I was losing sleep. I am still a bit stiff and sore in that area of the lower back, but overall the nerve pain is completely gone. Thanks so much for helping me be able to function again. read more

Dr Reyes is an awesome chiropractor. I was weary of going to a chiro because of a bad experience once, but I'm glad I read the reviews and went with him. He is very knowledgeable, honest, professional, friendly and he will look for the best type of treatment needed. Depending on your insurance he will go over your options of treatment and prices. The treatments he felt would help me the best definitely did the trick. My lower back pain is gone and it only took me two treatments. I will definitely go back if I ever need further treatments or just to get my back realigned. Great chiropractor! Thank you Dr. Reyes. read more

I have been very impressed with Dr. Reyes. My back actually feels better!!!!! He is patient and keeps trying new things until you get relief. I have done physical therapy, steroid injections, another chiropractor, etc. without any relief. i still have issues, but the improvement is enough to go back to some of my previous activities. His wife handles the phone and billing and is very nice to deal with. I left my last chiropractor because of front office staff, but now I realize I should have left because he didn't help me. read more

I went through a lot of research since it was my first time going to a Chiropractor. I never liked the sound of bone cracking and the day came where I knew I could not withstand my neck pain anymore. I am glad I chose the right Dr. since he listens and took a gentle approach. After the first adjustment I noticed my gym work outs improved. I am a cash patient and can't believe how affordable he is. I feel my posture has improved significantly, pain is gone and I can sleep better. Thank you! read more

Threw my mid back out over the weekend. Called Elite Chiropractic after looking at their reviews and was booked for same day appointment. On arrival, I was greeted with a smile. There were a few patients ahead of me on the schedule but Dr. Reyes made an effort to greet me in the lobby to introduce himself and reassure me that I would be seen asap. The consultation was very informative. This was my first chiropractic experience. Dr. Reyes determined a treatment plan specific to my needs. After my adjustment, I was sent home with an ice pack and I now have mobility. I feel about 75% better. I am standing upright with little discomfort. I have a followup appointment today. I was more than happy with this whole experience and will gladly recommend Elite Chiropractic to friends and family. read more
