On New Year's Eve, I was trying to start the year off right by working out. I attempted to do weighted squats with what I know now as very bad form. As I was doing my 4th rep, my lower back gave out and I was in excruciating pain. I literally could not walk, sit, or stand without agonizing pain. The only thing I could do was crawl. Luckily my husband had been treated by Dr. Ryan before & raved about him so it was a no brainer for me to choose him as my chiropractor. Because the following day was New Year's Day, we weren't able to see him until the day after. I have never been to a chiropractor before and I was scared. Dr. Ryan was very warm & welcoming. So was the staff. We started out with a brief examination & then an X-ray to make sure that I was able to be adjusted that day. Even though it was painful, it had to be done. The next day we went over the results of the X-ray. He showed me the condition of my spine & it wasn't in good shape. It was due to an accumulation of past injuries, poor posture, and labor intensive jobs. He recommended that I have treatments 3 times a week for 12 weeks. The treatments differ from patient to patient & depends on what your needs are. After 1 week, I was able to walk normal, wash dishes, put on my own clothes & had minimal pain. I am almost done with my treatments now & the only thing I regret is that I didn't come here sooner. I wish I had known the importance of spinal health when I was younger. First off the office staff is always friendly and professional. Even on busy days. Same goes for Dr. Ryan it's always a great experience. We are a party of four two adults two kids, always in and out in 20mins. But if it's ever busy Dr. Ryan is worth the wait, he is such a delight. Went in for my first appointment 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. It was done before my 5pm appointment. At 5:20 I got up and left while still in the main waiting room. Although the front secretary was friendly, poor customer service when you are over 20 minutes late for a first customer. Will not be attempting to go back. read more

I have been to many chiropractors over the years. Dr. Ryan's office is friendly, professional and accommodating to their patients. I originally went to schedule a new patient appointment and was pleasantly surprised that I could be seen upon completing new patient paperwork (unlike the general practitioner my husband had to see as a follow up to hospital ER visit.) The consultation was thorough and since I already had x-rays from 6 month prior I did not need to take new ones. I have been back 3 weeks in a row and feel like I am standing taller, feel overall healthier and will continue to come back because if I do not I will wind up getting sick. read more

Very friendly office staff and convenient location. Dr. Ryan is incredibly personable and seems to know his stuff. I appreciated the full medical evaluation before doing any adjustments. Massages are practically free with an office visit since they bill insurance. Walk-ins are typically accommodated.. The only downside, the building is kind of old and the rooms are not sound proof. It doesn't make conversations very private. I know aesthetics are probably the last thing you think about when going to a Chiropractor, but I'm pretty anal like that....which reminds me, I need to make an appointment with the gastroenterologist... read more

Great guy, friendly business. Problem is that when I sustained a severe back injury leaving me with diffuclty walking, and explained this in great detail, he did the exact same routine he did every other time I've ever been there. There is no change in accordance with injuries, various problems, etc. This initially gave me a bad taste regarding chiropractors, until I found out they are not all this way. Most test your body to see where you're having issues/problems and adjust their therapy accordingly. read more
