My son was in excruciating neck pain. I believe God guided us here . As a mother I was scared I didn't know what the end results would be or if I would end up in the ER. Dr.McCan took us in immediately he saw the worry on my face and how much pain my 9 year old was in. He adjusted him once and my son cried more, at this point I put all my faith in God. Dr.McCan asked us to wait with an ice pack. After about 3 mins the tears stopped flowing he began to breathe again after a couple more minutes he adjusted him again. I could cry my son was no longer in pain!! I wanted to scream at the top of my lungs. I can't be more grateful for him and God that guided us here . The staff is friendly, though at times almost overly nice in a way that feels a bit forced. The real problem is their membership. I signed up for the monthly plan, but because of work and frequent travel, I couldn't use it. I hadn't been in for over five months and had already called to cancel, but they refused to process cancellations over the phone. When I finally stopped in, it was the first day of a new billing cycle, and they had already charged me again. Even after explaining the situation, they refused to refund me. What made it worse was that they kept insisting there are "many locations" available to use, but I explained multiple times that in the areas I travel for work, there are no convenient locations nearby. Their response was dismissive, as if my circumstances didn't matter. In the end, this business charged me for a service I didn't use for months, ignored my cancellation attempts, and hid behind rigid policies instead of treating me fairly. That's not good customer service--it's taking advantage of customers. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend their membership at all.

Where do I begin. Three years ago I injured my hip. My orthopedic Doctor insisted there was…read morenothing wrong with my hip. He sent me down a rabbit hole seeing spine doctors and pain management. I received injections in my spine and in the mean time walking was becoming increasingly difficult. It got to the point I could hardly walk at all. That is when I found Dr Matt Tatsuno! He gave me my mobility back. My first visit with him he stood and listened to what had happened. He had me lie down. He then pulled each leg. instant relief. I walked out pain free and with very little limp. I actually had a serious injury, my gluteus medius muscle was torn nearly off of my leg. This was diagnosed with an MRI. But since three years had passed, every local doctor I saw said it was too late to repair or didn't think it was an issue! During this time, Dr Matt kept me walking! I eventually ended up with a doctor in Valencia who repaired my injury. Matt was my biggest cheer leader. He is so caring and kind. This was months ago and I never received a call back. My back pain is gone no thanks to them. I was even willing to pay cash if my insurance was not accepted however I never even got that opportunity.
