The first time I went in, I had been dealing with terrible neck pain and migraines for almost a year. I was miserable, grumpy, and honestly just tired of being in pain. I went in on a Thursday and was adjusted by Dr. Kay. By Saturday, I was able to skate again, and the crazy part is--I haven't had that neck pain come back in over two years! About six months ago, my lower back completely gave out. I went back in on a Monday, got adjusted, returned again on Wednesday, and by Friday I was almost 100%. Today, I went in again for some lower back pain. After getting adjusted, I'm already able to move around without the pain I walked in with. If you've ever dealt with back pain, neck pain, or just feeling like your body is out of whack, I definitely recommend giving Envista a try. I think that speaks to the type of staff they have at this particular location. Honestly, I wish the two Terio locations I went to earlier had been like this. Even though I did have success at those locations, I believe the format of this particular location has helped me physically heal a lot faster, partly because of some of the techniques being used. The physical therapist I seen was Dell. His quality of care was excellent. In times where I was feeling anxious he made jokes to lighten the mood. He explained every step of what we were doing and asked me if I had any questions every time. The shared space was clean and not very noisy. They scheduled my next appointment within my work schedule and offered to make any changes as needed. I have been to other physical therapy facilities and this location was the best one by far. Thank you to the staff for making me feel comfortable.

My son has had ten sessions and the most important thing has been the way they had just to his pain…read morelevels before during and after. He gets Physical therapy for his feet and legs. Some of them are straight up movement but they incorporate a lot of plane or ball play to keep it interesting for a seven-year-old. The office and therapy areas are very clean and the front desk personnel always have a smile and work really hard to fit you in for the next appointment. I'm not sure about their other offices, but the one on Panama Lane is top-notch.

What upset me most was the lack of communication, apology, and professionalism from the front desk staff. As an ER RN, I understand how valuable patients' time is. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed. I don't have complaints for the therapist, they are good when it comes to teaching some points on therapy and exercises but, mind you the front desk people are unapologetic, lack of accountability, unprofessional and poor attitude.

The quality of care was off. They forgot about me in the waiting room . I could hear everything…read morethrough the door and it was really chaotic. At one point I could hear the physical therapist cussing and saying she was not going to deal with this bullshit today. I'm not sure what she was referring to. Once I started my "physical therapy" they would tell me what to do, walk away, gossip loudly, flirt with the "Doc" and even he participated in making fun of a fellow coworker that was off for the day. Each time I said I was done the woman rolled her eyes and huffed over to me. They were too busy talking about putting castor oil in their hair to notice I was crying in pain. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

The waiting area was very crowded, and because all of the available seating was taken, we were standing in an open area where there seemed to be enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. At one point, a staff member, who I assume was the chiropractor based on the room he came out of said, "Excuse me." We immediately stepped aside to give him space. However, he then spoke to us in what came across as a very rude and dismissive tone, saying something along the lines of, "Can you guys like move out of the way, like move away from here? This is our workspace. Give us room." We were not being disruptive or disrespectful, and we would have gladly moved if asked politely. The issue was not the request itself, it was the way it was delivered. Customer service and professionalism matter, especially in a healthcare setting where patients and their families should feel welcome and respected. I understand that staff need access to their work areas, but there are courteous ways to communicate that. A simple, polite explanation would have accomplished the same thing without making us feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression of the office.
