Wait room was small and every chair was filled. Took about 30 minutes to be called into one of the exam rooms. Another 15 minutes before the doctor came in. Dr. Thomas D Nelson is one Cool doctor! He immediately made me feel at ease. He took his time to answer all my questions and concerns. It was worth the wait. Been feeling much better since he took care of my foot issues. He scans your feet to get the right size, he is very through and explains everything that needs to be done. Beth that works at the front desk is amazing. She is on the ball for authorizations and anything related to insurance. Every time we would go in we talked and caught up what was going on with our kids. They put the ointment on my toes, then came back and cancelled my appointment because the machine was broken. Such a waste of my time. I made an appointment for 2 months later, then called the week of my appointment to make sure that the machine was working. The front assistant put me on hold, then said it was working. So I show up, wait, go in for my session, and then am told that the machine is NOT working. And they're not even sure that they'll get it fixed! So showed up to 2 appointments for nothing! When I asked for my co-pay to be refunded, the front desk said that I'd have to call billing. The miscommunication amongst the staff is incompetence. I'll be looking for another podiatrist to finish my laser removal.

Talk about money hungry!? Just bill for an intermediate or advanced exam, since I am already here!? They took xrays of my foot and then the doctor came in. He examined me and made me stand on my toes and stand on one foot to test my foot. He then set me up for a MRI for this weekend.
