He immediately made me feel at ease. He took his time to answer all my questions and concerns. It was worth the wait. Been feeling much better since he took care of my foot issues. This excuse of a woman began yelling at me, saying she's tired of "us people" taking up her parking spots (mind you this was my first time there), she literally threatened to call the police to impound my car, told me to shut up, after I clearly told her I'll move my car but only to avoid problems with her, she was disgustingly rude, stood out of her chair to intimidate me as she waved her hands and yelled "I said get out!!!". I wasn't even there for her services but if she treats bystanders with a baby like this, I can only imagine her pathetic services. She is on the ball for authorizations and anything related to insurance. Every time we would go in we talked and caught up what was going on with our kids.
