They put the ointment on my toes, then came back and cancelled my appointment because the machine was broken. Such a waste of my time. I made an appointment for 2 months later, then called the week of my appointment to make sure that the machine was working. The front assistant put me on hold, then said it was working. So I show up, wait, go in for my session, and then am told that the machine is NOT working. And they're not even sure that they'll get it fixed! So showed up to 2 appointments for nothing! When I asked for my co-pay to be refunded, the front desk said that I'd have to call billing. The miscommunication amongst the staff is incompetence. I'll be looking for another podiatrist to finish my laser removal.
