They attempted several times to get it to light and stay lit. When it didn't they informed me that because of the age and rust build up on one of the pipes that it would have to be replaced, and it could cause flooding in my home. What impressed me the most was how knowledgeable they were and took the time to answer my question, explain everything clearly. It gave me complete confidence I was in good hands. They worked very well together and were respectful of my home during the visit. These 2 employees are truly an asset to your company. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They deserve 10 stars but you only give the option of 5 stars!! Pricing was "GREAT"!

One of the most stressful things during our homebuying was figuring out what the heck we're…read moresupposed to do for a septic system. The Man and I both grew up with public sewer, so this was a completely foreign concept to both of us. The one thing we knew, though, was that we had to have the system inspected so make sure it worked properly before we closed on the house. We didn't know who to call or where to look, but our real estate agent had heard good things about Classic Septic Inspections, so she gave them a call. Our inspector arrived promptly for the appointment and were able to do an inspection on our septic system in less than an hour. He did determine there was a problem, which the sellers would have to fix. Because they only do inspections, he didn't try to push any other unnecessary services on us. After the initial inspection of our tank, he didn't even try to push us to pay for the more expensive add-ons to the inspection (we didn't think they were necessary). Their pricing was on par with the other septic companies we called for quotes, so we felt very confident that we weren't being jerked around on price. The inspector who came out even gave us some tips on proper maintenance of our septic system since we were totally clueless. He answered our questions and made sure we understood what we could and couldn't put down the drain and how to spot problems should they arise. We got our inspection report in a timely manner detailing all of the things the inspector had told us. The entire process was painless and hassle-free.

After contracting with this company the past few years and firing them I leave the following…read morereview. This company just like most companies in the lawn-care business treat customers with strong distain. They promise far more than the customer ever receives. This company began by agreeing to maintain my sprinkler system. I explained that my system "was" installed by a journeyman that broke off from a company he worked for and began a private company. Unfortunately afterwards it was discovered that he hadn't installed my sprinkler system in the acceptable way of their industry. First time I realized there was a problem was when I had a problem with several of the sprinkler heads. When he came to my home, he began grabbing used sprinkler heads out of a small box that was stored in the back of his small minivan. He told me that he had rebuilt the used heads. Then there was a time when I rented a lawn aeration machine. After I was done and I turned on my sprinkler system, there were a dozen areas that had leaks from the plastic tubing which was not installed far enough below the surface of the lawn. Unfortunately the lawn sprinkler installer had fallen terminally ill. When I began researching sprinkler system companies, Greg Tanzer Sprinkler Company was located on the YELP search site. Even though the site only had a three star rating, I had requested that they come and look my system over with the intention of hiring them. After coming out and reviewing my sprinkler system, they agreed to service and maintain my system. Shortly after I had a problems with sprinkler heads reaching the required areas causing my lawn to have growth issues and flooding in other areas as well as timer issues. The company came out and replaced specific sprinkler heads but charged me for a service call that was explained by claiming the heads were covered but the labor to change them out was not. This was after a contract of over three hundred dollars was paid. When I called to protest the contract agreement, the woman on the line was very nasty and unsympathetic. Another instance of my sprinkler heads not retracting below the ground, the woman who had "no" installation experience merely stated that it was due to one of two components that pump the water but she couldn't explain which one and if after changing one of the two, I would also have to pay for the other pump. Each one costing over three hundred dollars. Another time she blamed the old rain sensor that they never changed out when they took over the system. Another three hundred dollar charge. Each year I asked to split my contract payment due to being retired and the woman gave me a problem. The final straw came when I kept having with the Timer Box losing the settings and once again the woman with zero experience with the system claims that I have to buy another Timer Box. I finally found one of their workers that would work on my system on his free time; however when it was apparently discovered the woman sent another technician out that became enraged and obnoxious, claiming that while discussing the issue accused me of spitting on him (I was at least seven feet away) as well as not speaking a reasonable amount of English. I finally asked him to leave my property and not to return. EVER!

Final cost $26,000 (not including the engineering fees, town permits ect which totalled $32,000). Of course this happened unexpectedly. I hired Jimmy Super because he seemed like a good and reliable guy and his estimate came in the middle. In his estimate he stated "supply and install asphalt repair to driveway." He did not complete this portion of the contract. I had a driveway expert come in 9 MONTHS after the "asphalt" had not hardened. I have mounds of non-asphalt in my driveway. I did contact Jimmy back in October 2017 and he came by twice to fix the issue but did not resolve the issue. Driveway expert stated that non-asphalt was used and that is why is has not hardened. I emailed Jimmy Super asking him to pay to have the job done correctly but he has not responded and that is why I am writing this review. BEWARE of this contractor, he does not complete his jobs accordingly and was not very nice when I contacted him then his wife (secretary) back in October 2017. Please do not hire this person as he will not fulfill his contract duties. Here I am 9 months later with mounds of non-asphalt in my driveway. If Jimmy could not fulfill this part of the contract hiring someone else whom is an expert in this field would have been sufficient to fulfill his contract duties but he chose to do the job himself and failed miserably. I feel I should not be held liable to pay for this since I already paid for this to be completed. What I do not understand is this was a $26,000 job but yet this company will not pay $1,000/$2,000 to have my driveway fixed correctly.
