If I have been paying each month, then they should still honor the two free inspections otherwise for the year, as it's like I'm being charged a much higher fee for the last inspection if I simply add up the monthly payments. They've been timely in the past and I think fair, and it looks like the other person who had come over instead of Joey prior to the last inspection had not replenished the Freon when he was supposed to (in case a top off was needed). That used to be part of the yearly inspection plan I had. As a result, Joey saw that Freon was low and I guess assumed there was a leak) and I had to pay nearly $300 to top off the Freon. Odd. Called these guys up on Veterans Day because our heat pump was having an issue. Our house got down…read moreto 64 inside when it was 25 outside! Turns out there was an electrical issue that wasn't communicating with the thermostat. Brandon's as the tech who came out. Before entering our home he put shoe covers on so not to track in debris. Thankful they have 24/7 service with technicians on call after hours. It was $149 for him to come out and do a diagnostic, and he scheduled for a sales guy to come out the next day to talk numbers about installing a new heat pump and thermostat. Very professional technician and explained things to us as well as over the phone.
