Arrived at the family house and the furnace was making a very strange noise. After pondering who to call, I decided to look through a list of service phone numbers that we had accumulated over the years. I found a card for Gibson and gave him a call. Troy answered the phone and he was very polite and eager to help. He promised to make our home his next stop. Within 30 to 40 minutes he arrived. He assessed the problem and found the problem within 10 minutes. He didn't have the necessary parts, but promised to have them in about 2 days. After approximately 2 hours he called to say that he would have the parts the following day and that he would be back on that day to install them. He was very mindful of keeping me in the loop and returned as promised. He installed the parts and the furnace was up and running in about half an hour. We asked him to check the AC units and he agreed with our hesitation. We are so very pleased that we found his number and we are so grateful for his old soul work ethic. THIS GUY!!! So after going through some real cons over the yrs I finally found this guy a couple yrs ago & once again Troy saved the day!!! He's super honest & reasonably priced and he was super quick! When your house is starting to heat up like an oven like mine was today.. THIS IS THE GUY TO CALL!!! Truly cares about his customers & gives quality service! Can't say enough great things about him! And FYI.. I only know him through his servicing my AC. I don't do these kinda posts lightly because if they give u bad service it reflects on me. They do a great job, they are punctual, and on a personal note, being a customer for three years exclusively, always seem to be able to fit me in, even though thier schedule is already full!.
