When I spoke with the company spokesperson, he denied this was due to any fault of his employee. I asked that he ask her where she had put the charger. He has neglected to do so. He offered me a $100 rebate and an appliance cleaning in exchange. As the total cost to me has totaled $525, I found this to be less than acceptable. To this day, I have heard nothing further from this company and must at this point consider legal action. Needless to say my granddaughter did not receive the Christmas present I had been happily anticipating. I would never again hire these people.
