I was compensated and they were very apologetic- stuff happens, I get it! So I booked a second service, they canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment (which they'll fine you for doing). Ok, fine, we rescheduled for today. It's now close to an hour after the appointment time. No one called. No one showed up. Additionally, we have a 2500 sq ft home and they expect one person to be able to clean the entire place by themselves. I get the feeling that the people who work for Karen's are overbooked and overworked with very little support Please do yourself a favor and find another cleaning service. This one is completely unreliable and has no respect for their customer's (or their cleaners') time.

They sent me a cleaning lady and she was pretty efficient with the cleaning. My mold was gone, my kitchen looked sparking clean and I said good bye to those spiders! I hate spiders. However, they did not clean under the kitchen appliances, the sides of the range or underneath the burners, nor the oven interior. I had stayed outside during cleaning due to COVID-19 and missed it. They agreed to come back later in the day and complete the cleaning at approximately 7pm. We waited for four hours at the home. Around 7pm, they contacted us and said the oven cleaning was not included in the estimate and would cost an additional $50. The owner had explicitly told me the oven interior was included in the cleaning (see screenshots). I ended up doing it myself. I had already paid a $45 tip above cost, too. Edit: apparently I should have been more thorough with the walk through. Laundry room/furnace room were not swept at all and cobwebs all over the joists in basement ceiling. Had to clean it myself.
