We hired this cleaning company for a deep clean and had almost all the add-ons. The cleaner was in…read morethe kitchen for several hours and didn't do much besides some mediocre wiping. After 7 hours of cleaning the house by herself, she had barely actually cleaned anything. At checkout, I walked through and said the bedroom wasn't vacuumed or mopped and she argued that it was done. I showed her the entire floor was not vacuumed at all and still had hair etc on the floor, not just the edges of the floor. Then I realized the whole home was in really bad shape. I told her this is supposed to be a deep cleaning and she argued that it was a standard cleaning. I called the company and the owner was helpful, and I sent loads of photos, including Ring camera pictures of her dumping two dirty mop water buckets on the patio right in front of the front door. There was too much to list here, but then instead of sending someone else, the owner said the cleaner and I were both not good fits for his company. Cleaners need to be held accountable when they do not perform any basic tasks or have any professional cleaning skills. The owner's solution was to get rid of customers who complain.

The dingy, dark brown tiles are now their original three shades of light grey and look brand new! I also had him do my multi-colored flagstone patio, and he was able to power off the thick, black layer of residue from several bird seed feeders. It was almost a miracle. Rob was super responsive to email and calls and promptly scheduled me for one week later. I comparison-shopped and his was the best combination of high ratings and reasonable price. I still can't believe what a huge improvement a professional power-washing makes! I feel it also increased our house's market value and buyers' confidence in the roof's solid condition. I promise you'll be surprised and pleased at the results!

Rob and Ryan showed up on time and did an amazing job. They cleaned every area affected by the overspray, squeegeed the windows, cleaned out all the gutters, and also took care of an additional area on the front of the house that we asked about. Everything looks like new! After dealing with several communication issues and even a no show with other companies, we feel very fortunate to have found one that provides such excellent service. Everything from the initial communication to the finished job was professional and thorough. Thanks, Rob!

To access some of the front second story windows he had to get up on the roof. He rested his ladder against my brand new rain gutter, causing damage and paint chipping to the gutter (ordered with custom color). I can't believe that a professional person in this line of business would not have the proper stand-off on his ladder to prevent gutter damage. He did give us a discount and was very apologetic, but regardless, it should not have happened. Then after he left I went into the backyard and found he didn't wind up hose after he was finished using it. Bummer, oh well.
