They sell all the parts for DIY, but if you can't do the work yourself I would highly recommend having them do it. You can't beat the undercoating service. My '97 wrangler's frame was rotting out in the usual places (rear quarters). I drove up to have these guys save my Jeep. They were able to work with me on a tight deadline. I really appreciated the walkthrough of the shop after I came to pick it up. Getting to shake hands with the guys who actually worked on my Jeep made me feel good about their attitude, customer service and dedication to quality.

This will be a lengthy post. Made appointment to have frame repair( not estimate ) done on my…read moreToyota on July 20, 2026 after a sending pictures of damage by email. Got a rough estimate of $3k. They called later that day and also emailed a copy of the estimate and changed the estimate to roughly $8k. I told them to put it outside, for that price or a little more I could have the whole frame replaced.at that point they started to negotiate the charges. I supplied a OEM Toyota rear crossmember and brackets, they tried to charge me for an addl crossmember. Then they tried to charge 6 hrs labor to weld 2 new body mount brackets the size of my hand onto new metal which is about 5 hours over actual time. They also claimed that the front rails were rotted. After some discussion, the estimate dropped to $4300.00. They said it would be weeks for the repair as i did not have an appt to repair the vehicle (which i did ) vs estimate. All I asked was that the repairs be completed by Aug 13th as I was having surgery on the 14th and i could not drive for awhile after. I live 98 miles away from their shop. Emailed the week of 10th-14th and they said it would be ready the 17th. When it wasnt ready then, it was pushed a week to a week and a half later for completion. During this timeframe they sandblasted the front rails by mistake and the shop said they would repair the front rails at no charge. Also the new rear rails are drilled for a hitch but there are no welded nuts for the bolts to mount the hitch. They wanted to use SAE nuts because its what they have instead of metric which is supposed to be there. I emailed on Sept 2nd checking status and got a date of Sept 4th with a final bill of $4566.89. I was never told about any increases and we had an agreed amount of $4300.00. When i messaged on this issue they responded that they would honor the $4300.00. So we drove to their shop on the 5th to pick up the vehicle and they left it with a dead battery, alot of the engine was covered in sandblasting media, there is undercoating residue on the drivers leather seat from their clothing, the entire underneath of the vehicle is covered in undercoat including the "plastic and rubber liners", all brake hoses and rubber bushings, they left some residue on the exhaust, undercoating over roughly $2k worth of recent Bilstein shocks, struts and coils. I now have to scrape all the oversprayed undercoat, i have to have the drivers seat bottom replaced because the undercoating will not come off without damaging the leather and color and the smell inside the SUV was overwhelming from the undercoating. I had to have the vehicle towed home(thank you AAA). They left an invoice on the front seat for me to sign for the $8k estimate and leave it. I overwrote it for the $4300 that was agreed upon and left it. On Sept 8th, I received an email asking me to sign the $8k estimate again. I replied " I will gladly sign a receipt for the $4300 that was agreed upon and not the $8k price. I also let them know the issues that I had with the vehicle, I never heard from them again. Attention to detail is severely lacking. I still have not been able to check their work underneath due to the surgery but I will update if there is more to report

After calling around to several other shops without much luck, I decided to stop back in to at least ask about pricing. That's when I found out the company was under new ownership. After speaking with Fabiano, the new owner, I immediately felt confident I was in the right place. He took the time to walk me through a wide range of color options and finishes, which really helped me dial in the exact shade I was looking for. Once I chose the color and clear coat, he ordered everything exactly as requested. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with how my rims came out. Highly recommend Fabiano and Ocean State Powder Coating -- 5 stars all day.

I was over the one year warranty period. I just recently hired another company and they stated they did not do the job correctly at all. Said they did no prep work, just sprayed the tub. The lead painter had 6 yrs, and the guys working with him didn't speak English and were very inexperienced. Besides the estimator, communication was lacking, never did what they said, when and blamed it on the weather. They tried to upsell everywhere. My home is stained and after power washing they said I needed to prime the entire house for an additional 1600). A door frame needed to be repaired an I pointed out a bunch of cedar shakes I wanted replaced. The door doesn't close properly because the job was done poorly and in addition to not replacing a bunch of shingles that should have been replaced, they cut them out around the old shingles, not slid under another 1200. There are drips everywhere, including on trim, on a roof above my door and on my deck, so sloppy. I love the color but I am not impressed by much on this job. They were a contractor not Elco, I could have hired someone with less overhead and saved money, but I wanted experience. I am so disappointed this review is 3 months late. I paid quite a bit, we shall see how long it lasts. We have always painted ourselves but the house is too tall. I would never use Elco again. The owner called me after I called him saying after all the issues did you not want to hear what I thought. The foreman was a joke, never met him even though he was supposed to be onsite until I told the estimator I had never spoken to him. I wish I never sent the final payment but I really just wanted them gone! They were here over a month because they hardly put a full day. I thought my feelings would have subsided but every day that I see 3 broken deck lights, a snapped solar light wire and 3 broken vinyl sleeve covers on the portico, I realize I should have withheld payment. Listen to your gut on this one, if only the estimator calls you back dump them!
