Mr Pelletier did return my call and promised to come by and perform needed rust removal and repainting. Three weeks later he was a no show. Called, emailed and texted inquiring when the situation would rectified. Mr Pelletier again promised to be at my house the following week of 18 October. You guessed it. NO SHOW AGAIN! But he's making up for it now by not returning calls, emails and text messages. Use this guy if you want, but be prepared for lousy customer service. Absolutely not recommend. So, we decided to refurbish and work with some of what we had for the new theme. One of the elements in the great room, was a bar. We decided to keep the original design and change the top surface. In doing so, and to keep our Mediterranean theme, we came up with the idea of copper. We had several contractors here in So. California tell us it would be difficult to do. Some even declined the work. So, we hired Riverside Sheet Metal & Contracting in Medford, MA based on the work we had seen and excellent reviews from actual clients. The owners were intricately involved and provided us with some terrific ideas based on their experience and creativity. We were a bit concerned being on the opposite side of the country, but they were professional, confident, knowledgeable and extremely responsive working with our existing contractor. The product was packaged so well and shipped as if they were right down the street! We were able to complete the work on time and within budget! I had my rims done in July 2025 and they came out great. I had to remove the passenger front wheel…read morewheel in order to gain access to my windshield washer to do a repair. I could not get the lugnuts off. We used a 1/2" ratchet with an extension bar and actually stood on the bar and could only get off 2 of the lugnuts. Trying this scuffed up the rim. I contacted Chase at Jims Rims, went there and he used an impact tool to remove. He said " They put these on the high setting, thats why!" He then said they will redo the rim after he talked to the owner. I followed up and he said we'll do it for $150 instead of the $200 I paid originally. I said ridiculous, you should do it for free. The owner contacted me and asked for pics which I sent. He replied that he bought the business after I had the rims done and it was past the 90 day warranty. Unreal hacks... If I had gotten a flat tire with the car it would have put on a car carrier... No human had the strength the get the rims off... STAY AWAY... They "used" to be a reputable company... Not anymore.
