I went with them because they are a small, family business and I wanted to support. They seem good for in store purchases but I would not recommend for an install or liner replacement.

They opened my pool today as scheduled-first time that has happened. The previous company did not show on the scheduled date any of the three years I used them. I would get a call days later saying when they could reschedule. Both Chris and Kelvin, we're professional and extremely friendly. Far superior than what I have experienced with the other company. They offered suggestions of things I might want to consider, without trying to sell me their services or products. I had a couple questions that they answered without hesitation. Coleco installed our in ground pool including all lines, pump, filter and automatic chlorinator…read moreyears ago. They have also installed new liners for us when we have needed them. We have been loyal customers, getting our water tested and buying any chemicals and parts necessary from this local business. Fast forward to the present. We are selling our home and the new buyers asked for Coleco to come and inspect the pool and pump. The realtor let us know that the technician who did the inspection said it was the worst pump and filter job he had ever seen! Given that their company did all the installation I find that comment interesting. Either their company did a lousy job, or they are completely unethical and are trying to sell the buyers new equipment. Either way, their own review of their installation is quite worrisome! BTW...our pool is clear and the filter and pump are running fine.....and their "inspection" lasted less than 5 minutes. I wonder how much that 5 minutes cost????
