They say they will call back by end of day with a date but never call. They give me a new timeframe when I call back and then that date passes and they don't come or call. I have been polite and flexible but it has been a summer of being pushed off with no communication and it has been really frustrating. I went with them because they are a small, family business and I wanted to support. They seem good for in store purchases but I would not recommend for an install or liner replacement.

We have been loyal customers, getting our water tested and buying any chemicals and parts necessary from this local business. Fast forward to the present. We are selling our home and the new buyers asked for Coleco to come and inspect the pool and pump. The realtor let us know that the technician who did the inspection said it was the worst pump and filter job he had ever seen! Given that their company did all the installation I find that comment interesting. Either their company did a lousy job, or they are completely unethical and are trying to sell the buyers new equipment. Either way, their own review of their installation is quite worrisome! BTW...our pool is clear and the filter and pump are running fine.....and their "inspection" lasted less than 5 minutes. I wonder how much that 5 minutes cost????

I waited a week like they told me to for someone from delivery to contact me. Nothing. I called and left messages. No response. I finally called the sales team and they reached out to delivery. They left early on Friday and nobody was there. Called back on Monday, and I was not scheduled. I was told. I was told my delivery date would be on a certain date/time. That's not scheduling. I had no say in the delivery. I made arrangements. The week before someone finally contacted me from delivery to ask me questions, then quickly tried to get off the phone, like I didn't have questions of my own. I was given no delivery window. Just told I was "penciled in" for that day and time. So you're now expected to waste an entire day sitting around waiting for people to hopefully show up. Nobody returns emails, answers the phone, returns messages, or even answers their direct phone lines. The only people you will reach is sales. And the most frustrating part, the sales team can communicate with them freely. Just not customers. Not the service I was looking for when you spend $11k on something. It's not even here yet and I already have buyers remorse. We were looking to purchase a sauna for a different place, but we will be going somewhere else to do that.
