To start, I left a voice mail while…read morehe was on vacation and he called to say he was out of town and would contact me upon return - which he did. I explained I needed 2 grab bars installed in my shower and asked if the job would be too small for him (it wasn't). He advised me on what to buy and we set an appointment for the install. He arrived exactly on time after first calling to confirm. He was polite, careful of my home, thoughtful and genuine. He told me his drill could make a dusty mess so that I could be prepared. After installing the grab bars he cleaned the area. His price was fair and, since he knew about special anchors to use behind our tiled walls, I can be sure the bars are secure. From start to finish my experience was excellent. I would recommend Danny to anyone looking for a handy person.
