I did my own measurements and picked fabric from an online catalog that they sent me. I trusted them and paid up front so that they could order the fabric. I received a phone call about a day later confirming and fine tuning the details. They estimated 4 weeks turnaround to get the fabric but considering the craziness happening right now set the expectation that it could be longer - but sure enough 4 weeks later I got a text and they installed 2 days later. It took them 45 minutes to do the work and it looks great. Right in time for hot weather. Thank you Paula and team!

He also demanded payment in full, prior to ordering. His wife called me two days prior to what he claimed was a factory price increase and instructed me to ZELLE funds to his account. I did so, but ZELLE would not do an immediate transfer (two days). The bank provided him with legitimate confirmation of payment codes for proof of payment. He refused to accept them. At the end of our telephone conversation, he began to swear at me profusely and wanted a 100% money wire to cover payment. In the end, his poor behavior showed his true colors as a shady business man.

After explaining how it does NOT work and that we read directions carefully and tried it several times... they told us they could do nothing and we had to call the 800 number, which they were closed at that point. Next day, call 800 number, was told it was in fact NOT a 'CLEANER' but a machine that is used for maintenance in between cleanings. Advertised incorrectly, and whoever sold it to her in Lisbon told her incorrectly. they assured her it would pick up big leaves and Anything that was in the pool. IT definitely does not. We have been fighting with them for a week now and they STILL Refuse to let us return it because they 'might' not get their money back from the manufacturer. What happened to customer service and keeping customers happy? I am VERY upset that now my mother is out $600 for a junk piece of metal that will not work in her pool. $600 might not be a lot for a pool company but it is for a senior living off of disability. Will continue to fight to return this and find someone that maybe will help her since no one cares about customers so far that we have dealt with.

In the past month I noticed a couple blocks had moved so Elmer sent out his crew today and they took down majority of the wall and really took their time putting it back together. Making sure every stone was absolutely perfect. Over time, all walls can shift a little, but it was great to see that Elmer took care of us and made the wall look like day 1 again. Today's crew was so professional and clean and really took their time to fix the wall. I'd definitely recommend Elmer and his crew!

The local showroom displays all the products to view, and the custom installation looks great. The shutters also seem to be excellent quality. Before the order was sent to the factory, the installers came out to review it to make sure of any special challenges or material that would be required. After installation, which they worked around our schedules, they were careful to explain proper use and maintenance as well.
