We understood that we were working with a small family-owned company that did not operate 24/7, but after many calls over the course of a year, our calls have not been returned. Therefore, we were not able to use our service contract. Considering the great work they did when they did respond, this has been very disappointing.

I have now used Victory three times. Jeff is my 'go to'!…read more The first time used Victory Plumbing I needed a back-up hot water tank that had failed removed. The project required disconnecting and capping the water lines; disconnecting and capping the gas line; capping the exhaust line; and removal and disposal of the tank. Len the Plumber quoted $1100. Jeff was able to complete the job for $450. Last month, while traveling out of town, my wife called to tell me the hot water tank was leaking. I gave her Jeff's number and asked he to call him, telling him that I would be back in town in early afternoon. Jeff and his apprentice met me at 3:30pm as arranged and replaced my tank within 90 minutes. It was relief to have a professional available for an 'emergency' that I could count upon to show up on time and take care of the problem immediately. Two days ago, Jeff came out and was able to quickly diagnose and repair a small gas line leak on my fireplace within a very short period of time. His work is always neat ,efficient, and reasonably priced. Lastly, when you call the number, Jeff is the person that answers... and he always answers his phone unless both hands are in a project at that moment.

After they left I was pleased with their work until I tried to flush by toilet. The handle of the toilet was loose and the mechanism inside the tank was not flushing properly. One recent job involved a tricky kitchen drain and strainer install using custom parts I sent him via mail. He handled it smoothly and even upgraded the piping to PVC--an unexpected but welcome improvement. George doesn't just do the work--he tackles each challenge as it comes and finds solutions. Brian O'Connor and Fluid Plumbing & Heating came highly recommended to me by a friend and the…read morereferral did not disappoint. I had an emergency, Brian was unavailable, but he had another experienced skilled plumber, Rob, out the same day to assess. An old cast iron sewage pipe cracked and was leaking into my basement and had to be replaced along with connections to upstairs toilets. The next day, Rob and Jaykri came to my rescue. They did the job under their own cost proposal and at a significantly lower price than a big-name competitor's proposal. Brian moved a schedule around to fit me in and got the job done in 1 day. (The other company could not even start until 3 days later) Rob and Jaykri even fixed a couple other odd plumbing issues (shower cartridges, broken valve knobs, etc.) while they were at my house. The Fluid Plumbing & Heating team were knowledgeable, professional, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. No one ever wants to need a plumber, but I am so happy to have them in my saved contacts. Added they work on boilers, radiators, and radiant floor heat, so sadly I am sure I will need them in the future.

I Didn't Just Find a Plumber, I Found a Family…read more My first call to Fluid Plumbing & Heating was for something small -- a minor toilet repair that most companies probably would have brushed off. But Brian O'Connor treated my little repair like it was the most important job on his schedule. That told me everything I needed to know about how this company operates. So when I discovered a leak in my hot water heater, there was only one call to make. Brian picked up the phone after hours -- let that sink in -- and had Rob at my house first thing the next morning. No waiting around for days, no runaround, no voicemail abyss. Just real people who genuinely care about their customers. Rob and his apprentice arrived on time, were thoroughly professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process so I understood exactly what was happening and why. I want to give a special shoutout to Rob's apprentice -- this young professional is just starting out in his career, and if he's any indication of the caliber of people Fluid brings on board, this company's future is incredibly bright. As Rob put it, I'm not just a customer now -- I'm family. And honestly? That's exactly how they made me feel from day one. From a tiny toilet fix to a hot water heater emergency, Fluid Plumbing & Heating has earned my complete trust and loyalty. If you're looking for a plumbing company that treats every job -- big or small -- with the same level of care and professionalism, look no further. Call Brian. You'll thank yourself later.
