We have been to a few other locations that don't have as clear of signage, or have scattered their aisles. This location has interior decorating such as light fixtures, vanities, paint, etc. on one side. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc in the center. And lumber on the far side. Really convenient. Also the workers are actually knowledgeable on their areas. Often you go to a store and get a high school or college kid that only knows the location of items, but here they actually understand the materials and how to use them and can give recommendations. My only complaints would be the check out. They don't always staff the best so lines can get pretty long. Go on a weekday to avoid that. Also, their lumber yard is VERY disorganized and many times we are directed to the wrong area. That could use some serious improvement and is usually the worst part of our trips.

The selection never disappoints and the organization of the store is fairly easy to follow--once you get used to it....I'm the type of shopper that always asks where something is if I can't find it, (which has happened plenty at this store.) I can't say I feel their customer service is at its prime here. I always have trouble finding someone who works there to ask for help. A couple times even, I was at the back of the store by the appliances and I had to walk all the way up to the register! More staff readily available, por favor.

When we called the store they told us they would fix the issues right away and have someone sent out... 20 min later the same delivery guys came back and apologized saying their boss told them they had to come back and try to install the stove even though they were not qualified to install a gas range. Surprise - they couldn't figure it out. Called the store again and after talking to 5 different people for 3+ hours they promised us we were set up to have a plumber come out and install the stove a week later ... again things happen no big deal. That week passes and who shows back up?!!! The same delivery team that can't do anything!! Another 3+ hours on the phone later we find out that they don't actually send instal teams to our area and we needed to go though home depot pros. All 8 people we talked to had no idea that was the case and kept promising that they were sending an instal team... 5 more min up front and someone could have told us they don't do installs in our area. We will never be purchasing appliances from Home Depot again

I had to jump through countless hoops to just obtain the replacement parts for the repairs. The parts finally arrived. I contacted Anderson and HD inquiring about installation. Both informed me they did not have anyone to do repairs and did not have any responsibility to repair the door. In others words, after we get your money, you are on your own if the product breaks.

The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable--like going to a family run hardware store used to be before the big box hardware stores decimated knowledgeable staff in a hardware store. They shipped the product exactly when they said they would, and I just checked it out; their craftsmanship is perfect--I received exactly what I hoped I would! Dimensions were spot on! And as far as I'm concerned their prices are super fair. The folks who run this company run the company as if their livelihood depends on it, which means that as a customer, I felt like they really cared about my understanding of what they offer, and my ultimate satisfaction with my order. With a new home comes projects and everyone knows if you don't get them done in the first year they will get forgotten. Shelly made that project very simple and helped us complete our goals. She picked out great paint colors for the walls and helped us decide on which blind style would work for each room. Can I rate this place zero?!?! Cassiana Thurman kept giving…read moreus the run around and pretty much told me I was a liar. We bought almost $3000 of merchandise and she kept promising delivery. We did get a partial delivery tonight and when I called about our sofa she told me that we wouldn't get it before Thanksgiving but I called her out on it. I told her exactly what she told me on my drive to Duluth and she backtracked. I know people are human and make mistakes but I do NOT tolerate empty promises and being blamed for it. We moved into a new house and need more furniture. We will never step foot in this store again!!!
