When I arrived to the store I was instantly acknowledged by the staff and was directed to the bedding section of the store. Upon arriving to the bedding department, I was greeted by Beth who was a definite pleasure to deal with. She placed my order for me and had me back out the door in no time. On the day of delivery (scheduled delivery was 10/6/2018 8am-10am). Received a call that the drivers were on the way at 7:51am. They arrived and 8am. The deliverers were professional and quick. Removed the plastic coverings from the box springs, brought them in and set them up in minutes. They also had pleasant attitudes. I would definitely deal with HOM Furniture again.

The price was surprisingly reasonable for the quality - we have received quite a few comments from guests about how comfortable they are! This will definitely be our first stop the next time we need to shop for new furniture. One star off because there was no one around to assist me in lifting chairs down from a rack so I could test them out. Being pregnant at the time, it was something I would have appreciated help with!

After 6 mo the tables showed signs of warping in the wood. We also had weird spots start showing up on the top of the sideboard (it was always covered with a piece of custom glass). Mike the store manager was so understanding and helpful and let me exchange it for a different piece (we did have the extended warranty). Then, we went back and bought another table for our kitchen.We purchased the Oliver. Once it was delivered, it just didn't look right in our kitchen. And when we fully extended it with the leaf, there was large gap in the middle and it was very noticeable.We went into this store within two days and stated we would like to exchange it for something else. Sam was obliged to do so, although we were told we had to pay a 20% stocking fee. We did end up exchanging for a different table at scandinavian design, but we did end up having to pay a $300 restocking fee. Seems excessive especially if you're exchanging becuase of a product your not satisfied with. So my advice is to make sure you ask them to open it if there's a leaf and really, really pay attention to the quality before you bring it home. We will still continue to buy from there.Although I will pay more attention to those aspects.

It is an easy process to pick up an online order. You don't need to go through the store to a register. You simply go to the pick up counter. The staff will help you load your vehicle as needed. We were traveling from 2 hours away and we arrived earlier than expected. When we arrived to the pick up door, we were greeted by Brayden who notified us that they still needed to grab the tile we ordered from a full crate so the tiles would be from the same tile lot versus us just grabbing tile boxes. We grabbed lunch and when we returned our order was ready. As Brayden and team started loading the tile into our SUV, they realized the weight of the tile is more weight than our vehicle can handle. We left half the order there and returned the next day to pick up the other half of the order. Day two pick up was a positive experience with the staff as well.
