I decided to call him to get a dialog going and he sent me an email with several links to models that would be the best fit. We went in to see him yesterday and he spent a lot of time describing the differences and helped us make the right choice. I have to say it was by far one of the best retail experience we've ever experienced. Plus they sell everything to keep your water clean and even evaluate your water. The front desk ladies are ridiculously kind. They answered all my questions and made me feel welcome. They had a new machine that took pictures of my eyes so I did not have to get dilated. It cost $29 & was not covered by my insurance, but it was way worth it! They have an okay selection of frames, that is where they are losing 1 star. I was looking for Kate Spade or Calvin Klein but neither were available. On the plus side, there were some PROOF frames available - which, if you don't know what that is you should look them up. All in all, of course I will be coming back to Dr. Kelsey. He is so personable. Fast & efficient. I am so very glad we have this office in our community.

When I asked about it, they took it off, but didn't bother checking in the first place to get clarity about it. Then I tried out two different contacts, one for astigmatism and one without. The doctor didn't bother explaining how to use them and I put them in upside down. No clarity was given about proper use. Then when I went to order the contacts I told them I didn't want the astigmatism ones, because they were uncomfortable (because the doctor gave no clarity on how to properly use them...), ordered them. They came in the mail. I GOT THE ASTIGMATISM ONES... At this point I'm tired of dealing with them and ask them to give me my prescription. THEY SENT ME THE ASTIGMATISM ONE. Clarity? No. Not one bit. Had to google how to use them properly and was stuck with a 6-month supply. Don't go there. PS: they also up charged me $120 for the contacts test, instead of dilating my pupils, which would have been free and they didn't even ask.. Skeezy.

We had 3 branches hanging over our house and other low hanging branches that were beginning to interfere with m garden spot. They came on time, were very courteous, and did an excellent job of pruning our much loved tree. Best of all they cleaned up all of the branches and leaves. We could not tell they had even been there. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors!
