When she signed the paperwork he had told her to sign a receipt of purchase, which turned out to be a no refund slip. Not even a whole 24 hours later she realized it did not work and had reached out to him to try and make it right. To which he responded in a hateful and argumentative manner. Telling her it was her fault she should have paid attention better and that he would not be helping her in anyway to make this right. She let him know the purchase was for another family in need and that she didn't expect a refund just a fridge that was in working order. There was also a wall full of different coffee beans and a grinder so you could prepare your beans just the way you like them. There was also a wall full of different types of oils and vinegars. A lovely young lady assisted us in testing those, too. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. I saw that they do cooking classes and, for a brief moment, pictured myself wearing an apron learning from these fine folks how to make something exquisite.
