    Screens fit perfectly and look good. . .

    My wife and I recently moved to Arizona and bought a Beautiful house in Green Valley. Well, with any house purchase, there comes repairs. I have some screens that needed to be rescreened and a couple of door hinges that needed to be replaced. I have always relied on Ace to be the place with the helpful hardware person, this time was no different. I put in the screens to the repair shop in the store and started looking for the hinges. Couldn't find the color to match, ending up at the Customer Service counter where a wonderful and helpful Lady by the name of Marie said that she would contact the warehouse and see if it would be in stock there. Marie said that she would call me if they would be there. Sure enough, Marie called me and told me that they weren't in the warehouse but that she would check with Corporate to see if they could order them from somewhere. ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty for Marie and Ace Hardware. Although Marie couldn't find the part, I was VERY IMPRESSED by her attitude toward customer service and Ace Hardware. I will tell family and friends about my good experience at this store and I will return for my repair needs. By the way, the screens were perfectly done and are hanging proudly on my windows.

    Tried to rent a power washer. Wasnt told i needed a truck to pick it up. Was refused the rental. The employee said all i would need was a garden hose attachment for 19.99 would do the job. It did not work. Attempted to return the item and im told no returns on tools. DEAR GAWD dont tell me somethings going to work then it fails and not honnor the return? What kind of crazy is that? This was sold to me by employee 472 fyi

    the owner is unbelievably rude..He called me back to ream me out..Never shop there unless you want to get ripped off.

    If you Google BITS Computer Service you will get the above address. It even has a stone sign in…read morethe window that says BITS Computer Service. But it is not BITS. They taken down the over head sign but that is all. When you walk into the shop it is nothing like BITS. It is a mess. When I asked how long they had been at this location I was told 12 years, which I do not think is true. I finally asked for one of their business cards that when I found out their real name. I already had my computer with me so I decided to leave it to be repaired. Mr. John Bolling said it would take a couple of hours but that he would get right on it. That was about 9:30am, so about noon I had not heard from him so I called to see how they were coming. The women who answered the telephone said John was out on a service call so I asked when he would be back and she said any minute. So I asked her to to get him to call me as soon as he got back. I asked how he was coming on my computer, she asked my last name and said if was on his work bench running a scan. This was a lie. So about 3:30pm I decided to go down and see what as going on. When I walked in John and the women who works in the shop were both sitting at his work bench eating. John was just putting a big french fried potato in his mouth. My computer was setting just where I had left it some 5 hours earlier. I said that I was taking my computer with me. He did not get up from eating and did not say one word. So I want to warn everyone, do not take your computer in this place to be repaired.
