My Tuff Shed experience was wonderful!! I was looking for a large shed; it was my first time buying anything like this; and when I finally decided to move forward, I walked into a Tuff Shed showroom to see what they had and ask questions about the shed I wanted so I spoke with Tammy Mann who is very (kind/friendly), knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. She walked me through every step of the design, explained all of the stuff that I normally would have been too afraid to ask, and got me set up with exactly what I wanted. She has followed up several times and gone out of her way to make things go smoothly! Alexis Flores scheduled installation in no time and did a great job handling all the paperwork and answering any questions I had about the process. The gentlemen who came to build/install the shed were as professional as could be. Tito, Jr., Hunter and Mason showed up with a smile and were polite, they shook my hand upon arrival, explained exactly what was going to happen, and made sure we were all on the same page before moving forward. They answered any questions I had and were nice enough to update me and explain what they were doing throughout the whole installation. They were such good sports about me bugging them and taking a million pictures trying to document as much of the process as I could! They were very friendly and knowledgeable with everything they did. They did a thorough walkthrough with me and ensured the yard was cleaned up before they left. Everyone was professional and caring. I am SO VERY pleased with everything! I'll start with Tammy Mann, the sales person. I was looking for a new and larger shed and saw her ad on Facebook Marketplace. When I reached out to her she wasted no time in getting back to me. I made her wait because of my crazy schedule. She probably thought I was just a "window shopper". When I finally decided to move forward, I walked into a Tuff Shed store and told them that I had been working with Tammy Mann and would like to order a shed. Tammy was not there that day but the person behind the desk (Anna, I think) was very kind, patient and knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way.... even down to paint color, etc. Tammy has followed up several times and gone out of her way to make things go smoothly! We were very pleased with our experience with Tuff Shed. Ana Smith in the office was a pleasure to work with; she explained everything thoroughly, mapped out various options for our project (and there were plenty!) and though it was a busy Saturday afternoon, she gave us her total attention, with no rush or pressure. After the initial visit, she responded promptly to follow up questions by phone and email. Scheduling was also excellent, it was prompt and convenient. The construction crew, headed by Tito, were also first rate: they were friendly, professional, efficient, answered all our questions and accommodated our requests. We just ordered a Tuff Shed for our property in Colorado. I tried the online program, which helped me realize I needed to physically see what the various sheds and options look like. I lucked out when I called Tuff Shed and Tammy Mann in sales answered the phone. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We had lots of questions, had her put several quotes together and get answers from the Colorado Tuff Shed as well a the manufacturing site in Albuquerque. Impressive seeing her work with three different states! We loved her attention to detail and reaching out whenever she got the information we needed to move forward. The installer, Daniel, was terrific to work with. He set up the flooring part of the shed while that gave me time to paid the primary paint and then the paint to match my home. I was able to order the shed through Home Depot. They are the only ones who are allowed to carry the Sundown series of sheds. I was going to have an addition built on to my garage but after getting bids ranging from $10,000 to $13,000, plus the man who drew up the plans and got the permit did a terrible job. I had a slab poured and then found the sundown series at Home Depot. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The entire project cost me less than $4000.00.Now I have a little work shop shed. read more

Tammy was knowledgeable, professional and personable. in my process I had additional questions and various changes. Tammy was always there to help. She kept me up to date on everything. Tammy was very prompt and timel. Once my order was complete and I was transferred to Cheryl, the scheduler, Tammy was there for me with questions or concerns I may have. Finally made the decision to purchase a small Tuff Shed and am so happy I did! Ana Smith, the sales rep, provided excellent assistance and was super helpful. She went out of her way to answer all my questions and help with the design. They were also super quick from the time of placing the order to the installation took all of five days! The installer, David, was very punctual and professional in installing my shed and cleaned up after the work was done. My shed looks great and is definitely an improvement over my old resin one! Been shopping around sometime for a shed and a friend of mine has had one since 1995 and it still looks great. Why not take a look? Called and spoke to Tammy Mann over at Tuff Shed. Tammy was awesome! She explained by phone what the options were concerning purchasing a shed, price, size, how they are made, custom options and lot demos. When I went to the lot, she showed me what was available on hand and by special order. I ended up buying a lot model and it was delivered, set up, and a few shingles replaced due to a very windy trip to my home. Tough Sheds give a 7 year warranty. That's impressiv. The Tuff Shed Team (Ana, Jared, Alexxis, Eric, and Don) did an outstanding job from start to finish for us. We asked for them to accomplish a custom build. We provided a few photos of our wants and wishes, and Ana with Jareds help we were able to design a product that they could build and meet our intended results. The build team of Eric and Don was excellent in all aspects. The everyday communication was spot on. The original estimated project completion date was March/April, but they were able to squeeze our project in and completed in February. read more

I worked with Marc Bauer who was unceasingly patient with my multiple changes for a 12 x 14 custom shed design. After a terribly stressful year, and being stuck in a travel trailer with my family, I was anxious to get my shed on site to give us some breathing room. I was able to design what I wanted online, then talk over anything I had questions about with Tammy. She was so incredibly helpful and happy to provide any info I needed. Lexi is as good as it gets. She is very personable. She will come out and visit you and make sure you're getting exactly what you need. I will be buying a garage soon and there's nobody I would talk to other than Lexi. She is the best. I move 56000 pounds of furniture down South and she was able to put a storage container.
