If you Google BITS Computer Service you will get the above address. It even has a stone sign in…read morethe window that says BITS Computer Service. But it is not BITS. They taken down the over head sign but that is all. When you walk into the shop it is nothing like BITS. It is a mess. When I asked how long they had been at this location I was told 12 years, which I do not think is true. I finally asked for one of their business cards that when I found out their real name. I already had my computer with me so I decided to leave it to be repaired. Mr. John Bolling said it would take a couple of hours but that he would get right on it. That was about 9:30am, so about noon I had not heard from him so I called to see how they were coming. The women who answered the telephone said John was out on a service call so I asked when he would be back and she said any minute. So I asked her to to get him to call me as soon as he got back. I asked how he was coming on my computer, she asked my last name and said if was on his work bench running a scan. This was a lie. So about 3:30pm I decided to go down and see what as going on. When I walked in John and the women who works in the shop were both sitting at his work bench eating. John was just putting a big french fried potato in his mouth. My computer was setting just where I had left it some 5 hours earlier. I said that I was taking my computer with me. He did not get up from eating and did not say one word. So I want to warn everyone, do not take your computer in this place to be repaired.

Thank goodness for YouTube and the Plumbing Suppliers store. I brought in the interior part of my spout and they helped me get it open so I could replace two O rings, one was completely worn out. They also suggested I use some silicone grease to avoid the plastic rings from becoming brittle and extending their use. All this for about $4.19!!! There were a number of professional plumbers getting supplies in the store, but I appreciate how they took their time to help me and not make me feel silly for not knowing exactly what to do. After I got home I was able to make the repair in about 5 mins and the dripping has stopped.

After researching online, and speaking with experts at various garden centers and landscapers, the conclusion: Tank's Green Stuff. The customer service agent at Tank's Green Stuff provided excellent information and answered all of our questions as to what soil would be the best option for our garden. She gave us the cost estimate for the soil and delivery fee with a date and time it would be delivered. We ordered two(2) cubic yards of Tank's Green Stuff - Pro Planting Mix to fill our raised beds. The cost estimate was exactly as described, the delivery was on time. Tim, the driver who delivered the soil, added a bonus to the entire experience. When he pulled up to our house in his big, delivery truck -- our neighbor and her children (two-to-15 years old) came outside to watch. He made the experience, not only accommodating for us, but fun for our neighbor and her kids. He even honked the big truck's horn twice before pulling away -- to much applause by the neighbors!! Secondly, I came here to help a friend obtain a hard to find ink cartridge who needed one immediately for a project she was undertaking, and was not able to order it online. Fortunately for her, this place had what she needed. The customer service here was great. As soon as I told them what I needed, they were on it and I walked out with one about 5 minutes later. Although the cartridge cost about 30% more than it would have online, my friend was happy. Two weeks later, the ink and toner is running well as usual.

Hit or miss. I live in Drexel Heights, so I have a 32 mile round trip…read more Sometimes the cartridges work fine. Other times, I either have to make multiple trips, or return a defective item. This week I got an HP 206x Magenta cartridge for my laser printer. As I was removing the tape the tiny plastic piece holding the chip fell oft. I couldn't figure out how to put the chip back onto the cartridge, necessitating now a 2nd trip to return the cartridge. It is a 90 minute round trip. So I will have 3 hours time invested in a product that doesn't work. On the positive side, they will either refund my money if it's less than 30 days, or replace the item. I will opt to return. It would be less time, albeit more expensive, to go to Office Max and get the cartridge there, instead of not being able to print for several days. I should have saved my old cartridge. At least I would have been able to print black and white. The staff however, gets an "A" for customer service.
