I've never had less than 3 people help me when I walk in. Recently we were doing some electrical work at my house and my dad sent me here with some sort of gizmo and some info written on a piece of drywall. I walked in, handed the employee my stuff, and he said NO PROBLEM! Within 2 minutes I was out of there with the items I needed, even though I had no clue what my father had wanted.

In fact I purchased a nice 56 piece SAE and Metric set for my cousin (a farmer that can always use tools).
