This past week I journeyed to the Coal City, Il. Verizon store for help in transferring my data to the new phone. Both employees were busy with clients, ergo a wait for service, but in doing so I monitored the employees dealing with customers who preceded me- and I was greatly impressed. When my turn came Aaron Mumm waited on me. Experiencing some difficulties with the transfer Aaron was cordial, professional and very instructive. The transfer of data was ultimately successful but more importantly the half century in age between the two of us was significantly reduced because of Aaron's maturity and business acumen.
