Levi called me back within minutes. He ended up talking with me for a good 15-20 minutes explaining everything about his company and what they do, how they charge, and the whole nine yards. After that conversation, I was confident that I wanted to go with Levi. He sent me the proposal/estimate the following morning. I was so impressed with everything at that point, I signed & sent back the agreement form right away. Levi then called me later in the day and scheduled our roofing to be done in the next 2 days. That had to be cancelled the day of installation (due to rain) and it was immediately rescheduled for the day after. All in all, our roof is absolutely beautiful. Service was outstanding. The few times I called Levi's cell phone, he answered instantly greeting me by name. He really made me feel like he appreciated our business. I can say, without a doubt, that Levi & Mueller Roofing will be our roofing company for any of our future needs.
