Other quotes slightly lower price but did not appear to be professional and capable as Reasonable Tree Experts. They have the right equipment and completed the job quickly and cleaned up after. I loved the fact that a) he responded at all vs just ignoring the request, b) was upfront and honest about his timeline vs just taking the job and overextending himself. Once I told him that we were in no rush, and would be happy to wait, he proceeded to text back and forth with me helping me get an idea as to what the job might cost. He made recommendations about plants, etc....and all this without officially having secured my business. Towards the end of July, I reached back out to see what his timeline looked like. Again, he responded almost immediately. He apologized for not getting back to me sooner, and said he would come out to measure the area, and discuss the job in more detail. In my mind, he had absolutely nothing to apologizing for. He set a date to come out, came out exactly at the time he promised, and helped us figure out what would look good. He provided a written, detailed estimate, which he adhered to...we paid exactly what he quoted. On the day of the job, he showed up as promised and on time. He laid out all of the plants, and allowed us to move them around several times until we got everything exactly the way we wanted it. His team worked quickly and neatly. The end results are amazing! Machine poured a full cup and a half of fertilizer on the grass, picked it up with his hands and left it there dried killed my grass and then he went to the front. Use a shovel to remove sod from my tree area to come and plant it and left my tree area without sod. I've never seen Service so dysfunctional in my life.

Never offered to remove debris. Found out that it was additional charge. Ok fine, hubby cleared the debris out and found that Arbor Tek did Not completely remove the stump and roots for which we had PAID THEM to do. We have made multiple calls to have them complete the work they were PAID to do. Apparently I was wrong about the owner, he does not seem to care if a job is completed correctly. Highly advise you do NOT use this company.
