I actually roll my ankle in many spots. When it was first laid down, I sent Ariel a message asking if all of the gaps were going to fill in and I got zero response. I waited at least 4 weeks before I cut the grass. I was afraid to because I wasn't sure if the chunks of improperly laid sod areas were going to lift. I did exactly what his directions were that he sent me. Now I have to pretty much do double work and fix everything which is not what I planned on doing this summer! Extremely dissatisfied, disappointed and very frustrated!
