I recently went back to the store and there was a young female worker that was behind the register. I told her that I had not been into the store for about 20 years. She welcomed me back, but it really did not feel sincere. I mean I felt she could have made an old client more welcomed and comfortable. Sadly people who actually care are a dead breed. I appreciated the smaller, cozier feel and was even able to find the aisle with bolts myself - but one entire side of the aisle was drawers and drawers of a gazillion bolts and screws. I was able to find a staff member to help me pretty quickly, and he set about looking for a match. It took him about 10 minutes but he did find a match, and then apologized for taking so long. I looked at the price and said I need to get this. I walked by painting and seen on of the guys that's always greeting my Sal, he's so polite and just has a great attitude thank you.
