He asked if I wanted him to open up my key fob and figure out what battery I needed. Of course I wanted him to do that. He opened it, showed me the battery I needed, then installed the new battery for me and recycled the old one. Five star experience! Thanks for taking care of your customers Ace!

The staff go way above and beyond when offering help with general questions about items and target circle. They even walked me how to redeem my rewards I could'nt use before. That said, I did have one weird experience. I was in their optical department getting an eye exam. The lady checking me in seem to have a nasty attitude from the get go. Well, after the initial tests, they told me to wait for about 20 minutes. After more then 20 minutes have passed, me and my wife were ready to leave. Well, the same lady that checked us in snapped at both me and my wife to stay put. Honestly, I was scared of her short temper at that point. But other than that, it is definitly an amazing store, and worthy of the 4 star rating!! Keep up the amazing work!!

I ordered blend paint online, not realizing it was the wrong item until it was delivered and opened. We brought the two gallons back and Bill went above and beyond to help us remedy our problem. Brought it in on a Friday and the gal working got to it right away, but over the weekend we realized the match was not where it needed to be so brought it back on Monday morning. When I dropped it off I explained to the store manager, Bill, we needed a favor because our Painter was standing idle at the job. His response was "What's your number?". No care or customer service to say when I might have the match. So I gave it a couple of hours and went back to see about the stain. Asked how it was going and his response was "Did we call you?" I shared my frustration with their 1-3 day policy for stain matched and shared the fact that if I waited one to three days to respond to my customers, I probably wouldn't have any. The manager's response was "Well you should plan better." The last thing you want to say to a general contractor who that's all they do is plan, schedule, manage and organize subcontractors and suppliers like him to get jobs done. Being condescending to your customer is not a good look especially in front of your employees. He could've responded so many other ways like "I'm sorry we do that because it takes time but we will work on it right away and try to get it to you as soon as we can." He maybe could've even said a timeframe especially when he knew our painter was waiting at the job. I would've given five stars for the gal who worked on the stain. The one star rating goes to the store manager. Thankfully, there are many other Sherwin-Williams stores in the Twin Cities.

This place is stocked full of Dash small appliances. I have such a weakness for the brand. I own the small griddles and waffle makers, but not the one that does a gingerbread person waffle. As much as I want one because it's cute, I decided to use some willpower and moved on. I ended up getting a tweezer case with a mirror that goes up to 15x magnification. I don't have a case for my tweezers when I travel and the mirror doesn't hurt to have. It was on sale. It works well! I went to pay for my item. The woman at the checkout area was friendly, I paid with a credit card and didn't experience any issues. I thanked the woman and left. You can place an order and pick it up here when it's ready.
